I'm so happy that my losses are consistant. My scales can jump up 5-7lb in the week and it just goes to show that daily weighing is rubbish!

I love how I get a loss or a STS each and every week x
 
So you should be Nikki.....you've lost 6.5lbs since the beginning of the challenge & for someone who hasn't much to lose, it's brilliant :) x

Deb,, you've only put on 5.25lbs since the start of the challenge and considering everything you're going thru, that really isnt too bad. Once you're settled in your new place, I'm sure you'll be in the right headspace to start concentrating on healthg living again x

Thanks Kim....i think i thought it was more. Also not appreciating it because i am exercising every day...granted i haven't been trying and eating mostly anything but need to stop now and try get my head sorted x
 
my foot is getting better kim thanks. i have dry skin on that foot too which can crack and bleed which doesnt help. hoping to run today as i have been either walking or doing the workout DVD as part of my 50 day challenge.

my dad said yesterday my backside is getting big.....no joke. lovely eh?
