Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Well ladies after a rather good week the scales read 9st 12.6lb so I think the .6 is about 1/3 of a pound. So I'm very excited!!

Might leave it a bit streaky tho with a flannel, cos you have to rub it in quite smooth! I bought a mit, only a couple of quid

I used the flannel to start and it worked okay for my face and arms but I couldn't get it to work on my legs so I just gave up and used my hands and washed them constantly while doing it. It worked out okay in the end, but I'll buy a mitt for next time.
 
Bad weekend.....meals good, choccie bad! Have a really sore throat so just craving soft chocolate! My excuse and I'm sticking to it! Im going for an on plan week this week tho :p

My weekend wasn't great Kim, but it was better then other weekends have been.... so sticking with my usual low syns the rest of the week and seeing if I can pull off another loss.

Really it was just Saturday I went off, I had a shandy during the day, then a creamy pasta with garlic bread for tea and a few rum and diet cokes, so it could have been a lot worse... I'm getting there ;)
 
Feeling really heavy this week, so not sure how WI tomorrow will go :(


Really busy for the next few weeks as well, taking little one to a medieval event at the castle near us this weekend, then we have a BBQ with Ash's work the following weekend and will be meeting one of my bridesmaids and her husband on the Sunday then it's little one's birthday the following week and that weekend I've just booked to go to see West side story with a lady from work and we'll be taking little one to legoland discovery.... after that it's the summer holidays.


Speaking of holidays, we decided to be sensible and not go away this year (might do a weekend somewhere but nowhere abroad) and do some day trips over summer. I would rather get round to next year and have money spare after the wedding and honeymoon then spend it now and come up short next year.

Im not going to even bother to go anywhere near those scales this week either Donna! Im so not in the zone at the mo! Meals are great, SW friendly, but the evenings are just going to pot! I need to stop buying chocolate now, even the little bars cos Im just scoffing the lot....no willpower! Im out for a meal with girlfriends tonight and then I need to get my head back in the game or I will be huge for my holidays in September :eek:

Half a pound loss for me tonight so I'm still within target range at 8'11. Quite pleased with that really. Can't say I've had the best week food wise but I think the exercise has helped! X

I was 9st 12lb last week but won't be weighing this week as I'm off to the spa!!

We are there from 9am - 5pm and it's at ragdale hall. We get a clarins facial and a 3 course meal!

So looking forward to it. It was my mums 50th birthday present I got her. X

I powerwalked 5 miles today and am determined to keep it up.....5 weeks til our cycling event and 2 months to holidays, so I need to get my act together as feel as tho Im spiralling a bit :rolleyes:

Shocking weekend foodwise :/

So damage control this week.... fingers crossed for a maintain, I'll be gutted if I see 10 on the scales again on Friday
 
Came down with a cold over the weekend. so feeling sorry for myself. :(
Been having cravings for oranges, at least it wasn`t anything naughty!!

Kim & Donna, you`ve both done so well I`m sure you`ll both be back on track soon
 
Hi Ladies. All very quiet on here lately :confused: Hope everyone is ok :)

I've taken a grip of myself as I'd lost my way a bit, so have started gentle exercise.....5 mile powerwalks.....and started back with a diary. I find when I stop keeping a record it all goes to pot, so hopefully this will stop the chocolate binging! I can still get into my size 10 jeans/shorts, but my summer dresses are a bit snug! I seriously dont know why I do this to myself, it happens every time I lose weight, boomf it goes back on again :( Hopefully when I get back to work and can cycle properly I will feel better about it all. Its crazy, I have SW meals but then binge on chocolate! So I'm going cold turkey and not having any in the house :rolleyes:
