I don't count carbs or weigh food... Stick 2 high protein ....eggs, goats cheese, meat, lettuce, cabbage, avocado, fish and MIMS ... Limit myself to one MIM a day... As had 2 one day and got cramps ... I drink decaf coffee with either soya milk or coconut milk, Coke Zero and water. I have a portion of sugar free jelly most days.
