Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Hi shoebe, just watch it with rich foods, as i found that when i was having gallbladder problems, it was usually this that triggered it off :( google the symptoms to c if it is that?

I can't wait to finish this on the end of the month, i don't mind the porridge, quite like it actually and the soup, BUT, i only have left pasta carbonara :( and i wasn't that fussy on that in the start (think that why i have loads left lol :D)
 
Ahh frig... Typical left with d ones u Dont like.. Ul have 2 smoother it with spices if u can tolerate dem... I can just about manage a mild curry... If its too spicy my mouth goes on fire and I consume jugs of water ha ha
I remember when I did Exante and I ordered a mixed box of shakes I was left with d strawberry ones!!! I loved d porridge... 'twas scrummy :)
Any plans on what Ul do next?
On computer all evenin helpin gather info and pics on Thailand 4 my son as he's doin a project on it. Hard 2 believe how we managed ourselves using encyclopaedias as we didnt have computers!! Now everyone's got a laptop or an iPad .. SO techno!! Think Id b lost wout my iPhone ... SO handy... Info at our fingertips!
I must google what foods I should avoid... as yes symptoms pointed at gallstones... Plus my Mam had both gallbladder and gall stones removed!
Tomoro Wed.. Yeah... Middle of d wk!!! :) amnt I terrible wishin d wk away...
 
Hi shoebe, yes I luv the porridge as well, and the golden veg soup is lovely as well. Its not that I hate the pasta, but every day? :D
I am going to hav 2 exante meals and protein and veg/salad the first week, then one meal and salad and meat for lunch with 2 crispbread and protein and veg for tea the second. On the third will hav no exante meals and instead hav 0% fat greek yogurt for breakfast. And will then start adding carbs as will then be xmas and I wont be missing out on roasties :D love roasties. Mmmm.
After xmas will prob go back on it for 2 weeks to lose xmas weight :D then will do a form of atkins but not having a lot of fat and slightly more carbs ie crispbread and odd slice of bread, just generally watching what I eat, as dont eat pasta, rice and potatoes generally anyhow

Sounds like a gud plan... Think Ur right re low carb as opposed 2 Atkins as I don't buy into all d 'fat' one is encouraged 2 eat on it! I found a bk on my shelf called low carb longterm lifestyle .. Gud tips in it.
Rotten day weatherwise here .. Raining all day!
Was very good food wise but made gluten and wheat free buns this pm and had planned on lickin d bowl ... Then I decided to have one so I did but have ended out eatin too many ... Bugger!! Annoyed with myself as had:-
2 rashers and 3 mushrooms for bfast
Lettuce, coleslaw, beef and goats cheese for lunch
Broccoli, asparagus and salmon for dinner
Realise now I was thirsty ...as drank very little ... Bugger again!!
Printing off stuff 4 SCH ... Will take another hr... No rest 4 d wicked :-(

Hi shoebe, hygenist went ok, hair nice, well it was before I went to town 2day, in the rain and wind :D awfull day here as well :(
Did u enjoy the buns? My mam always says that if u didnt enjoy them, they werent fattening :D so if they were nice lie :D:D ur menu sounds nice, just be extra good till sat, it mite give u an extra whoosh.
I find it hard re water this weather as well :(

Yes much to cold for ice cream. Can u eat yogurt or fruit? If so why dont u freeze a yogurt? Or I hav heard that frozen grapes r nice? On slimming world I used to make a mousse with sf jelly and a yog, spose u could use cream instead?

Mmmm made sugar free jelly this mornin and had some... Great minds think alike... Need 2 get some soya cream... Too dark and wet 2 venture out!! Thankfully my OH wasn't goin up as I bought him bickies yday!! Men and der bickies... They don't tempt me as der not gluten free... Is Ur uncle d same? My fella cud wolf down d whole packet and never puts on a lb... SO not fair!!!

Started afresh 2 day ... Took down d box of shakes.. Need 2 b strict as was 2 bold yday and d day b4... So Ive had 2 vanilla shakes hot with decaf coffee and 2 mini pots of sugar free jelly. Debating whether Ill have another shake or an omelette later!
Total piss pot of a day here... A lot of surface water as we've had SO much rain... D rain woke me at 4... Had left d cat asleep in d kitchen ... If my OH knew Id b in trouble so I fed her and ended out doin a Pilates DVD ... D bee hasn't shown her face since... I reckon she goes 2 another Hse durin d day ... Time will tell when she shows up if she's hungry or not!! I h8 how disloyal they are!! Only after food and shelter ...

You mite find that as ur working, having 2 shakes and a low carb meal will suit u better?
Weather better 2day. Still miserable. But not emptying down like yesterday.
Havent done much 2day, went up my mams as she was shortening some jeans I had picked up in charity shop :D dont want to buy a lot as still hoping to lose more.

Hey! Think Ur right... I Definately need a meal plus gud example infront of kids 2 eat real food plus nice 2 sit down as a family to eat it. I ended up havin a goats cheese omelette and I used up d coleslaw (gr8 excuse) which I ate with it!

A woman after my own heart... I Luv charity shops.... Can't beat gettin a bargain plus d odd designer gear! My siblings wud cringe if they knew as der quite uppity and r into designer clothes regardless of price!! D way I see it is Dat der preloved plus its gr8 ya get smthg 4 Ur money and Dat d money is helpin a charity!! My kids Luv rummaging 4 bks, cds, pics while I check out d clothes :)

Spent hrs helpin son lay out his project... Yeah ...practically finished and its smthg he should b proud 2 show and tell and treasure! Id Luv 2 go 2 Thailand someday PG. His project has sold it 2 me:) Lots of my colleagues have been der... And have island hopped... Went with groups of friends ... Im Hopin we'll go der as a family someday.... Need 2 win lotto first :)
 
Hi shoebe, yes charity shops are great when ur losing as i want new clothes, and then a few weeks later,(especially trousers lol) they're too big :(

Ur sons project sounds great, yes i bet it would be great to go there, very picturesque. and i would need to win the lottery to go there as well :D

Lying here stuck to d bed as can hear it lashing outside... Not a gr8 start.... At least its Fri.... I just Luv d wkends!!! I better get up and out or Ill b running late.... I like 2 leave d Hse at 8.15 as its gr8 to get an hrs wk done at SCH b4 d kids arrive! PE today so I wear tracksuit and runners... Not d easiest clothes 2 hide lumps and bumps in ... Might do ten mins Pilates to wake me up...

Hey Hope all well with u... Had a gr8 day food wise yday .... 1/2 shake bfast, chicken and mushrooms 4 dinner, sugar free jelly .... Then @8pm my OH told me that he'd been 2 d doc 3 Wks ago as he has haemorrhoids that r really bad .... I was quietly SO pissed off that he Didnt tell me.... I Cud've given him more fibrous vegetables 4 dinner, not bought biscuits, I Cud've advised him to take flaxseed or put linseed in his porridge... Well I ended up eatin a tub of ice cream (yes got it in d shop) and then scoffed 6/8 of his biscuits!! Annoyed I gave in to emotional eating instead of expressing my anger.... Why do men not want to talk about thgs like that???
Today we're supposed 2 go 2 town in d afternoon together and leave d kids with my inlaws... OH arranged it all ... Wants us to go 2 cinema etc I was SO Lookin 4 ward 2 it... Now Id prefer my own company ... Im probably just being silly.... Just h8 Dat he snook off 2 d doc wout tellin me .... Wudnt mind I ended up WI yday and I was down 3lbs.... Friggin typical!!! Need 2 do a VLC day today ..

Hi shoebe, glad that yesterday was a good day.... then last night :( so annoying for you, especially when there is no need to keep it from u, as you say u could have been helping him, Men :mad: hope u went and had a good day today? put it behind u, today another day, easier said than done, i know. marvelous weight loss, good job u weighed yesterday tho....

I had a good day till the evening as well, had planned to have some green beans and a thick slice of bacon for tea, with half a MIM, (which i had), my mother came down with a bottle of wine, and ................. i drank half a bottle :( not content with that, i had bought her a bar of choc, which she had forgot to have off me, and we shared half a bar, then i ate the remainder by myself :mad: AND had two pieces of toast before bed, as i didn't go to bed till later than usual Grrrrrr :sigh: today i have only had one shake that weight shake (as they are less calories) so far, will try to only have another shake later to counteract yesterday :rolleyes:

Yes it's VERY annoying when one overindulges as d feelin of guilt and regret Definately isn't worth it afterwards!
Well done cutting back 2day calorie wise... I ran/walked 51/2 miles while kids had der piano lesson... I had an omelette 4 bfast, chicken 4 lunch, shared half a gluten free pizza 4 dinner in town ... 'twas yummy , then had dessert... Will spare ya d details. Definately will b on 3 shakes tomoro 2 cut cals.

Hi shoebe, love ur bedspread, was it expensive? (am being nosy :D ) Am going to cardiff this week ( nearest primark ) will hav a look. Bought a onesie for my mam, it was a very fluffy cream one with a hood with ears :D

Ah Tanx ... It cost EUR18 ... I saw it in Dublin and loved it... Only 2 left so I decided to splash out ... We've a king sized bed and its perfect so nice and big ... They've loads of mini throws for EUR6 as well ... I have some at d back of d leather chairs and couch as leather is cold.
PS .. Ur Mam must b young at heart... Ders not a chance Dat my mother wud wear one!!
