kerry I kinda of plan a few days ahead but if I plan to much I can put myself off the food very quickly lol dunno why
I have melon and raspberries so going to eat them tomorrow, and hopefully work canteen will have baked beans on the menu
am going to try and eat as many speed foods as i can this week
