My friend mrsjh encourage me to join - I was on SW in name only and totally not doing it and then I joined chatted to a couple of people decided WW was for mr and joined WW - only been on here since 15th April (day after my 26th birthday) I'm addicted!!! Xx

I'm finding that it really does help. Going to meetings is fine, all in the same boat etc. But it's only once a week and you just don't get to chat like this!
A bit of encouragement, there when you need it. And to give it!! Working wonders for my motivation.
