Don't worry sweetheart. Just concentrate on getting better. Xxx I know when I'm poorly I can eat for England !! I never lose my appetite when I'm ill unfortunately : /
Get yourself fit and well and with the good weather hopefully now coming you will get back on track. X

Ah thanks! :) I'm feeling loads better today, although sleep deprived! So yes, I'm getting back on track and also the weather is making me feel better and happier! xx

Final Weigh in today and EPIC fail for April 2013 I am the same weight today as I was on 6th April.

I think I have lost the same half stone 2/3 times!!!!!!! any tips. Stripping it back to basics this week step one here I come.
