Aww Kat im glad your ok and thinking positive.

On the other hand i have had a poo of a day!...ive eaten sweets, handful of chips the kids left over and leftover chocolate.
Never mind! blow out over! back to plan tomorrow-new day!

Sorry! Put on half a pound. It's not an excuse as I haven't been so good this week but I changed diets halfway through the week and I am pre-menstrual. I always put on when I am due on.

Don't think I will be able to shift 13lb in the rest of the month but I will give it a damn good go!
 
Well said Funkycat.... I was just about to ask Ruthy the same thing. Also, Ruthy, I'm sure I read on a post that you said you're not going to WI this week?? Guess again buster, you're going. I went on Monday (after not being for 2 weeks and cheating massively), I thought I'd have put on 1/2 a stone but was only 1lb. My point is, if I hadn't have gone I'd have found a reason not to have gone next week too.
Come and moan on here to us, but whatever you do... GO TO WEIGH IN... you've shouted at me before (and I was thankfull) so I'm returning the favour now. GO GO GO GO!!! xxx
 
well I did sh!te and only lost half a pound:eek:
 
What a start to the april challenge. I'm already 1/2lb down as I went to weigh in tonight and put on 1/2 lb. Gonna have to work extra hard this week to make up for that, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Time to make use of my gym membership me thinks !
