I put on a pound, bugger. I've been crap this week though even though I did lots of exercise. I'll aim for a full good week with 3 gym sessions and hopefully a better loss next week.
I Must take my own advice and draw a line and start again, ive had a wee blow out when i say wee i mean wee, ive eaten a treat size toffee crisp and 4 curly fries which were ovened ....
hmmp back to the drawing board for me. Ill just do what i havent done for 2weeks and is write it all down.

Roz you and me can share the same boat this week....the syn bin boat! today i have just craved sweet stuff im due my period and i am really suffering at the moment. Ive got a mental headache and cant stop shivvering, im always like this every 3rd period....dont know why, but i want to eat a whole gataux!
Oh you poor thing Ruthy. I'm due on too but luckily am not craving my usual junk........yet! I've been good so far today and even went to the gym, yay me!
