Well done Siobhan... I wouldn't use the sticks personally you can get so hung up on what they say & you can be in ketosis but it doesn't register on the sticks, they're really meant to diabetics to check for ketoacidosis.
If yr losing weight which you are & yr clothes ate getting smaller & yr sticking to yr 20g carbs per day... you'll be in ketosis... promise!!
