****AUGUST 2013 CHALLENGE****

That's so funny as I'm looking forward to winter (not the cold - I love summer weather much more!) - but the clothes. I have a huge pile of jeans and hoodies in smaller sizes just waiting for me to be able to fit into them this year, instead of the one pair of elastic waist jeans and 2 stretched hoodies I fitted last year :( I have refused to buy bigger sizes and insisted forever that I'll get back into them someday - and someday is happening at last!

I have so many summer clothes that i need to fit into too.. Plus i want to wear a bikini again.
Last summer was so depressing because I had such bad stretch marks on my tummy from eating what I wanted during pregnancy. I thought if I loose some weight I wouldn't have to wear a one piece this summer (I hate being covered up).

So my goal is to be bikini ready for this summer :)

Thank you sweetie - you guys have helped me so much. Done this diet so many times and always cheating have slow or non existent losses and stop. But this just goes to show what I can do if I put my mind to it xxxxxxx

Thank you my Mum started cep last wed, she came with me on the Tuesday and she lost 10 1/2lbs tonight! She now has 2 stone left whereas I have 5 lol x
 
Well done your Mum !! Hope you are not opening the champers to toast your fantastic results tonight....!!

Those stones will fly off this time, Jem, you are so focussed and determined to do it for once and for all. xx
