I did wonder while i was doing it where last weeks figures were. Now hopefully people can see the advantage of colouring the figures that have gone in, makes it easy for you to spot it.

Another 1.5lb off for me this week
Getting there slowly and surely.. And I'm now at club10 and a healthy BMI... if you believe in such things.. Just nice to know I'm no longer classed as overweight!
