1 off for me this week, yippeeeeeeeeee, I failed this month, I'm going to give September one a go even though I'm away for 1 wk I can still get to WI, for all but 1 of them. I think 4lb is achievable for me.

Ive just had final weigh in for August after an up n down month thru more exercise etc I lost 4lb today taking me to to my 8lb off xx
