Just had my first shake made up with 300ml of water (just so i could have more lol).

I really hope i can stick with this as i really want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 12 stone.

Is it only me or is it happening to anyone else? I seem to be thinking about food constantly. As soon as I've eaten i'm already planning when i'm going to have my next meal :sigh:

I have just had my spicy spaghetti with veg and i still feel sooooo hungry. Someone please tell me this will pass

I have only drank 1 litre of water so far so i'm going to drink some more in the hopes of it filling me up

Lots of water really helps and i have sugarfree gum that distracts me too. The other idea is to plan out some jobs to do, maybe cleaning the bathroom or another job that you've been meaning to do for ages?? Found that really helpful for me
