august goal??

I've just noticed madchefs inch I added for her a while back was taken off a while back!! Naughty lisa32

Don't worry poogatch I am quite happy knowing that I have lost an inch but my tape measure was looser this morning so hopefully by my official weigh in on Tuesday I might have lost another half inch or so

I just lost the 1" off my waist this month which is OKish, so my September's goal is to get another inch off, down to 46"
