How is everyone?
I'm not happy as I've gained 2 lbs. My average cal intake this week was 1700 cals. I hope it is the exercise from last week. Did a lot of classes and weights.
Any thoughts?
It might be your exercise, but you may need to lower your calories slightly? For me, I know that once I've lost about 21lbs I need to eat 100-200 less calories to keep my weight loss from stalling. Just an idea
1.5 gone for me. Could someone please update my stats as I'm not on a computer thanks
