Morning:)
Breakfast was semi milk and 2 Weetibix with 2 small bananas.

Tea maybe steak and sw chips and mushy peas. Need to get some mushrooms for my super free.

I looked at the skinny soup that's in the magazine that you can use half of it for your healthy extra b. But they only had one flavor and it was two pound fifty for it. That's a shocking price. !
 
Foods looking fab, Asda has got some fab deals on at mo haven't they sav rice pasta n sauce all 50p and the salad and veg and my fav Greek yogs all cashing in on us dieters x have u got anything planned tonight its blue skies all round here think its going to freeze tonight tho.

No nothing planned this evening. I've been a mum the taxi today lol. My youngest has gone to a party/sleepover. So only me Mr and my oldest at home. Going to have our steak soon. Normally would of loved a glass of red with our steak. But not having a day off until I'm 10 stone something. So red will have to wait a few more weeks . Lol
 
I had lemon greek yog satsuma and pear for brek surprising what fills u up when you are on plan isnt it, I got heaps of housework to catch up on here but got no blooming energy I had a real quite night in work last night so read a few diaries from start to finish and the key is def no picking hmm thats gonna be a problem lol hope u have a great day xx
 
Yeah not moved much in the last hour. Watching. I used to be fat on TV.
Really need to up my exercise. My friend at sw and me want to do something together but joining a gym is to expensive. I wouldn't mind paying as you go but most of them are 25 to 30 pounds a month. Which I can't justify.
So not sure what to do.
 
Have u got a local zumba class or kettle bells or just a swim once a week n perhaps meet up for a natter and a walk weather a willing, zumbas gone crazy here x I feel the same about paying all that for a gym but a walk n natter is def good for the soul x
 
Yeah we have been texting this afternoon. We both said maybe going for a walk. ( she has a small baby so then she would be able to bring him to. )
But morning's are better for us both. But most of the classes are in the evenings. So might suggest going for a walk on a day we are both free. X would love to give Zumba a try though

No but my two friends at sw have and they are raving about them, told everyone in class about them, I don't mind the mug shots took me along time to try them too. my friend is going to get me a box from asda and give to me next week at class, I will let you know. x

Got eye test and contact lenses check today. Only just noticed it on my calender. I didn't think it was till Thursday so a trip to asda for that. So I can look for a new bra that actually fits. I have thrown at least 4 bras out with them being so big.
Hate eye tests. Not as much as the dentist but still lol

Hope you've had a nice wander today, I'm the same with bras need new desperately but will leave it a bit longer here as Still got so far to go... I've had 2 breakfast rolls for brek/lunch haven't a clue what to do for tea I'm aiming for mostly red days this week.. tis hubbys birthday wed so out for a meal, going to try really hard to eat on plan n light through day I want a loss on Saturday not a maintain lol

A lot in my class really enjoy it, Eileen my friend has lost 6.5stone and she has been going from week 1 and she has toned up nicely, she said it really helped, I think any exercise is good for you plus you can have a laugh aswell. xx
