Made this tonight

Someone at class told me how to do them and they are lovely and make a change.
Peel and cut your potato and boil them in Stock.
When soft mash them up.
Then boil some batchlors rice. I did the curry one.
Mix it all together and make into balls. Spray with oil and put them in the oven.
Take out when they look nice :)

Well done AB on your fantastic loss x I tried these they are bloody lovely I made mine with savoury rice someone said they did there with beef rice, haven't made them for a long time, might try them tomorrow for a change. x

Lamb rogan josh out of the sw curry book. Having it with added mushrooms. Peppers and brocelli on the side.

Morning AB do you prefer red or ee days, last time I mixed my days 3 red and 4 ee and it worked for me, might start doing that again, having a look at the 30day shred dvd later let you know what I think lol x
 
I like the easiness of ee. Bit I prefer the strictness of red
I may do red this week and ee again next. And keep doing that. But I feel I eat to much on ee. See with red You don't have to have that one thrid of your plate super free. But with ee You do.

Don't get making yourself bad again doing to much exercise.

I tend to lose more with red, you are right you are strict with red, ee you do tend to eat more.
I won't I know my limits now with my knees. xx

Chicken with piri piri on it with onion and mushrooms.
Also had a cheeky 2 fingered kit kat. 6 Brown sauce 1 18 syns today. So will cut back tommorow. Won't make mistake about go ahead biscuits again lol

Looks like youve made a cracking start to the week im having ee after weigh in tomorrow but then a week of red I am mega bloated so not feeling the love for weigh in, have a fab weekend x

Thanks Karen. I'm doing her chicken tommorow out the hairy bikers book. Just going to adapt it so it's syn free. Going to have that with butter nut wedges.
Also we are teenagers free tomorrow. It will be so nice to have the house to ourselves for a while.

Tea will be jerk chicken.(Just made the marinade. OMG is going to be hot as the marinade was making me cough. Lol looking forward to it. It's in the fridge now till tea time)

I was the same thought it was 3.5 for the packet and not each bar. x
 
I was weak. Lol. Will minimise my syns. Sure It will be worth it.

A glass and a quarter lol I'll class it as 15 syns them I'm done. X it is all gone now as well. But the jerk chicken was amazing if you like your food hot. X

I love the hairy bikers diet book the sweet and sour is to die for too, I'm determined to do the KFC chicken this week !
 
Will put jerk chicken recipe up later.
Really cutting back on my syns today so only allowing myself 5 each day now up until weigh in. Just going to eat plenty of fruit.
Back to it this morning will be out most of the day so taking a bag full of fruit and have sw breakfast before we leave so should stay full all day x x

It was still stress ful. She asked me to look at her computer because the pages weren't opening. so I restored it back to an earlier date. Now all it keeps doing is rebooting. Can't get it on at all other than setting it up on safe mode with networking. . So its buggered and I tried to help and cocked it up. .
Do you know I get fed up of trying to help people and it just back fires. So now I have to take my lap top to her house. 25 miles away so she isn't without net.
