Restarting

Well im back after a break....i stopped lipotrim at 12 2 and have shot up to 13 1lbs......not good. Im going to do it for the month of november and hopefully get to 11 something.....we have 2 months till christmas so maybe ill stay on it longer.....havent decided.

Wish me luck everyone....ive done it before so KNOW i can do it again.....

I picked a good day to start ladies....mam just brought home the trick or treat goodies and id definitely devour a lot if i wasnt on Lipotrim :)

I feel really bad. Got a terrible cold and feel like crap. Started refeed on Saturday Now. As its my week off next week from work and my bday !! Xxx

Day 2

Aw sorry to hear that lady....feel better soon...hugs! Good luck with refeed....I cant get the hang of it at all, amnt refeeding till Dec I hope.

Im fine during the day ladies...but find the evenings soooo difficult....I get really tempted to give in...altho my scales already show a 3lb loss which should motivate me. I really want to get into the 11's. Im sick of being too fat to fit into my clothes...

The guy I went on a date with said i was a few pounds overweight like himself but still looked nice...im fed up being the fat girl....this HAS to work for me....

Day 3

Aw glad ur feeling a bit better lady :) How is refeed going? I know but truth is i am a few pounds overweight, not nice to hear it tho! Doing fine today but then thats not when I find it difficult. I find weekends tough too lady...think I deserve a treat. Im 12 12 on the scales this morning...another month till I reach the 11's....

Hiya Ava

How's it going ? Had weigh in and lost 4 lbs. so am now 13 stone. So officially 4 stone from when I started in the end of June. :)
Refeed started it today all good so far thank u Hun. Xxx feel bit better also xxx
 
Restart...AGAIN

Hi all, well i came off the diet last week. I am once again restarting. Have enough shakes for the day and going to the chemist tomorrow. I really need to stick to it this time...ive put on loads of weight, been gorging on chocolate also...tut tut! I need to cut out temptation. Im totally fine during the day but evenings and weekends I struggle! I hope to lose 2 stone before christmas....

Hope ur all getting on well, and well done Lady, what an achievement, I hope I can do as well as u. Glad ur feeling better too

Day 2

So I went to the chemist this afternoon and signed up to TFR once again. Thats €65 i dont want to waste. I really hope i stick to it. Feeling a bit down today and I know a shopping trip would perk me right up but im too big to fit into nice clothes...so the trip would probably end badly. I really cant wait to lose a few pounds and buy some fab clothes...or fit into the lovely ones I have at home.

Im 13 3lbs. I want to be 11st 10lbs by Christmas.

Day 3

So ive gotten to day 3. Its tough, mam had a fry this morning and i would have loved to join her. Theres also peppermint chocolate in the house, one of my faves....eeeek! Hope I stick to the diet...i havent got much time before christmas and want to be down in weight. Well done to everyone who is 100%, its really difficult.


Im studying at the moment too, and just want to reach for the goodies to keep me going, but cant rely on food to pick me up. Its tough. Any words of wisdom appreciated.

Day 4

Stood on the scales this morning and im down 7lbs. Suppose I put it on quickly so it will fall off quickly. Im delighted. Its given me a bit of motivation! Hope I stick to it but I just take one day at a time. Its a pity the forum is so quiet tho.

Im coming to terms with the fact that Im an emotional eater, using food to make me feel better. I need to look for other sources of enjoyment, like painting my nails, getting my hair done, going to the spa...and shopping when Ive lost a few pounds. :)

Day 5

Well I've had a slip up. I ate a sandwich and pancakes on Sunday... Ive gone straight back to Lt so I'm still hoping for a loss! I really hope I'm able for it but I'm finding it super tough!! Weigh in on friday, can't wait! Want to stick with it till the 15th of December.

Ultimately I'm planning on sticking to it until march or April. I have a wedding in April so that's my goal!

Day 5

Im sooo hungry and cold. Theres chicken, chocolate cake and the ingredients for pancakes at home. Its really not worth eating, i only have 4/5 weeks on the diet but im finding it SOOOO hard! I did it before and got to 10st 2, but its proving super tough this time. Ive already had one slip up this week, i cant afford another. Where are u weigh in day.....roll on Friday....

Keep it up Ava! Try to keep busy or distracted when you get home. It's really not worth cheating, you'll be kicking yourself afterwards. Every time you cheat, it makes it harder to get back on the wagon!

Thanks for ur reply squishy. Unfortunately I slipped up again last night and ate food. I actually got sick this morning. I just couldnt stick to it. Im back on it today but it is really difficult. Im giving myself one more chance, If i slip up again thats it, no more lipotrim, and im not really ready to say goodbye yet,....i still have a fair few stone to go...

Looking at ur stats and uve done tremendously well. Congrats. Ur an inspiration. Do u feel fab?

Thanks a million! Yes, I feel fantastic. Such a cliche but I have so much more energy, and confidence. I have a little bit left until goal and can't wait to get there.

Sorry you're finding it tough at the moment. I'm no saint and slipped up in plenty of diets in my day. I really believe that your head has to be in the right place, especially for something like Lipotrim. Of course all us here know we need to lose weight (or we wouldn't be here!) but you really need to be determined to lose it and to suffer a little in order to get to goal. If there was an easy diet out there we'd all be skinny! I think what made me so determined this time round is that I am unemployed at the moment and don't have much money to spare. If I'm going to girl out for Lipotrim, I'm going to get my monies worth and not ruin my chances by cheating.

Sure give it one last go and if it's not for you, maybe choose a slower but less restrictive diet? X

Oh Im delighted you feel great Squishy....it must be lovely to fit into smaller clothes. A massive well done. Yep u do have to be in the right mindset. Ive stuck to it 100% yesterday and keeping on track today so going well do far. Its my last chance....thats keeping me spurred on. I have weigh in tomorrow so will keep u posted. When do u weigh in?

Ah brilliant, well done you. One day at a time! Good luck for weigh in. I've mine on a Monday evening but have a sneaky peek at my own scales most mornings too! Down 2.5lb already this week, yippee!
