I have literally got my mouth hanging open at the things you have to put up with!!! That is very wrong!!!! What is wrong with people!!! e have all this crap in the world cos of narrow minded asses like them... im speechless its not something you should have to even get used to it actually makes me feel sick that i live in a world with people like that =/ You must both be very strong to cope with that but atleast they are a minority luckily we are all not so ignorant and brainless!!!

It is sad hey yolande but what can we do, luckily its our faith that keeps us strong because that's why we are who we are! I would never ever treat anyone differently no matter what colour or religion they are but there is nothing we can do about except put up with it!

Well 4lb on this week would of been worse if I had not got back to it Tuesday, so back on track now and it will be off by wi on wednesday so all gd!

Feeling great had so many compliments today whilst wearing a size 18 top and my cdc was lovely as ever and gave me a real boost! Bring it on!!!! How are u hun?

Ah nothing better than getting a boost off compliments i went from not knowing how to handle them and turning bright red to now saying thank you and feeling very good about myself hee hee and the help of your cdc is also a good boost at my dreadfull wi mine was also just lovely and really gave me a boost too AND today when i had a craving i told myself no you wont just let yourself down but Aysha too your on a mission ha ha ha it helps =D I have been stuck in the 14's for what feels like ages now im ready for the 13's =)

Well my cdc is away next week so wont have a wi till the following wednesday but i think i will prob pop into boots and have a sneaky weigh next week even tho thei scales always make me a few pounds heavier i just dont think i can wait 2 weeks ha ha yes pls we both need to get into the next stone bracket =)

oh sis that's awful chin up laugh at them for their ignorance... I was in the supermarket queue the other day and I am the only muslim women that wears a scarf round here and not many people are used to it (no excuse) anyway I was in the queue and all I heard was OI MUSLIM! (I didn't even turn round) then he said when I was in Afghanistan I killed loads of you... Again I didn't even acknowledge his stupidity. Then this other man turns round to him and says shut up she is white lol I didn't know whether to laugh or cry! So I laughed at them and walked out idiots.
