Yes Son, tonight I'm out with the company, we're going uptown to a place called Red peppers to eat, after that we'll no doubt hit broad street which is the entertainment part of Birmingham. On Sunday it's Armed Forces day so I'll be heading into central Birmingham again to see what's happening. No doubt I'll be having a drink or two then as well.

and I finally went to being overweight.....yipeeeee again....(okay, sounds weird being happy about this, but it's all relative, no!!? )
still some more to go, but i feel i'm getting closer though slowly, but hey...YIPPPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!

thanks, aza...my friend thinks she put on a bit of weight and thought going dancing would help her loose that having fun at the same time, so she dragged me along to a club 2night...and we were proper sweating.lol...so hopefully that helped

Sounds like you both had great fun,you should try tennis aswell its real fun and helps tone,and lose the lbs
