Don't worry about running in public too much hon... Most people don't seem to bat an eyelid anyway! I had a hard day on sunday but then yesterday found it grand so its so-so at the mo. I have no friends who'll do it with me either hon, doing it on my own but I have support from the girls on here! :)

Well I've only been with ww 4 weeks and lost 2lb although I put on 1lb this week so it's very slow but I am close to my target only 8lbs to go. I done slimming world for a year and a half and lost just under two stone but STS for the past 6 months so I wanted to try ww to get this last bit off but it is very stubborn, I must admit this week since my points are now 26 I have gone over 4 times already I keep picking this week must be the weather! But I'm determined to get back to it tomorrow, the weekends are hard I'm out drinking tomo but I'm determined not to get naughty food after!

We shall see ha ha. How are you doing with your losses? I will have a look at that link thank you x
 
I've lost 44lb altogether over a year. Slowly but surely. Lost 2st on discovery and then 1 stone and a bit on propoints. Only 5/6lb to go but like yourself, its very stubborn. Keep putting on and losing the same couple of pounds now! I haven't reduced my dailies either, still doing 29 ;)

This might sound really bad but ive not visited a dentist since I had my brace removed at 14 ..... Never had any problems with my teeth .. I keep meaning to go but so flipping scared xxxx
 
I've just bad luck with me teeth. You could just go for a routine exam and they'll clean your teeth for you. Feels good after they've been cleaned... It does hurt though but its best to get it done... Gets all the plaque off. :p

Ive had bad experiences as a youngster so it put me off for life ... I probs need fillings but the size of that needle scares the hell outta me ......
 
I agree the needle us bloody scary looking, I always close my eyes!

Yes I'm the same I range between 9.11-9.13 it's so frustrating, well I could say I've gone down to 26 but I've gone over points 4 times ha ha. Well done I'm sure it will come off eventually, I downloaded the app I'll have a look at it over the weekend. :)
 
Can not stop eating chocolate. I've had a fudge bar and mini buttons and a mini flake! Christ! Think I'm looking at a 2lb gain this week too. I'm sick of going up and down the same few lb. Need to sort that out... Dunno what to do because cant seem to dedicate myself like I used to. With Christmas coming, its so busy & stressful that I just cant be arsed. Will prob go out for C25K Week 2 day 3 tonight. Not that it seems to be doing any damage control as I'm still putting on weight. Havent gone over pp but I'm still heavier... probably because I'm eating the wrong things. I'm just so tired all the time!! Need a kick up the arse or something. Can feel this diet slipping away from me, OH even told me to just give it up because I get so upset about gaining (even though I'm sticking to pp). There's no way I'm going down to 26pp a day, find it hard enough on 29. Feel like this isnt gonna work for me anymore. Maybe I'll feel differently after Christmas.

I'm exactly the same hun I think start again after Xmas as like me we keep getting upset with our selves I think just eat healthy and try keep portions at bay best we can and enjoy Xmas then go back to the books new year!
 
This time of the year is mad. Its because we get ourselves even sub-conscously into that holiday mind set. I'm nibbly as hell too and really really want chocolate. I've made some sugar free jelly and am keeping at least 6pp for each night for rubbish. No point fighting with myself when I'm in this humour. Just trying to stay in dailies and keep the exercise up. I'm wrecked too with that shitty auld weather. Try not to stress yourself too much. Maybe trying maintaining till your head is back in it. The extra pp have been a god send to me this week!!
 
Wow I never thought about trying to use the maintenance plan till after Christmas? I might actually do that... next week or week after. That way I wont feel really guilty cuz I know I'm trying to STS.
This time of the year there's constantly chocolate being thrown in my face, its very hard to say no. Especially at work when people are like "have one.. have one... have one!!!" Argh. Trying not to stress out even though I've definitely gained this week.
I'm definitely gonna keep up the c25k as much as I can... that way at least I'm getting a bit fitter even if my losses are up and down these same few pounds.
I'm wrecked lately... must be the weather and the dark evenings or something. I'm yawning away at my desk here!!
 
Found sausages today that are only 1pp each. Only 36 calories in one. They're called Hodgins and they're low fat, got 12 in a pack and they were on special offer too! They hail from county cork and they are yummy just like a normal sausage :)

Had an ok day, didn't go over too much. Might try maintenance over the xmas period just because its been so hard for me lately with the stress of christmas! WI tomorrow and I predict 2lb gain ;) x

I got some sausages from the butchers that are wheat free, what would you point them as. I'm thinking 2 each, but haven't a clue, so any ideas welcome?

2 each is prob a safe bet.. They could be as low as mine though at 1pp?! Are they normal sized or fat ones? I'd say 1-2 for a normal sized one!

Oh it must be something in the air this week. Im craving chocolate and feel wrecked tired too.

Yeah reading through everybodies diaries, everone seems to be craving bad stuff and generally tired and fed up. I think we are all subconsciously (sp?) in Christmas holiday mode hehe. Come new years we'll be back in that frame of mind and it'll be a little easier xx
