Aww I'm grand now, just think its the cold and not sleeping well. I'm eating healthy and drinking plenty, just not gonna over exert for a while. Well done on the healthy option for dinner. Sounds yummy, I love salmon x

Awh thanks girls. Ye are such a bunch of lovelies. Work was a feckin disaster from the get go and it ain't over yet! Christ. Came back to a big mess... I fecked up something so gotta take the blame! Not what I need today lol, thank god its friday. Been good so far today, beans on toast and a special k bar so far :) how's everybody doing? XxX

Yes I am!! But sure feck it!! My friends Elaine and Laura are doing it with me too :D So have agreed with Elaine we'll run/jog as much as we possible can.. and fast walk whatever we can't.. Our aim tho is to at least jog it..
 
I say walk fast the first 5 mins for warm up. Then jog and see how you go. I'm nervous as hell lol. My sister and mum are doing it with me now too lol!

Hopefully I'm fit to jog it too. Looking at c25k, I should be able to jog at least 25-28 mins by then?! I can't imagine that to be honest! I jog quite slow too. And there are some hills in phoenix park. Worst case scenario I have to walk up the hills I suppose.

Weighed in this morning and I'm down 3 quarters of a pound. Not so bad considering I only counted points from tuesday to friday and used al my weeklies plus a few more. Had a flippin burger king and a costa hot choc on thursday! I didn't have anything else that day but still :p so I'm happy with that. Hoping I'm a bit better at sticking to it this week and wanna get week 4 of c25k finished too. X

Milk for tea -1pp

Brekkie:
None, slept in!!

Lunch:
Beans on 2 toast - 9pp

Dinner:
Homemade spaghetti bolognaise - 14pp

Snacks throughout the day:
Special k rasp & choc bar - 2pp
Banana -0pp
Curly wurly -3pp
Sugar free jelly -0pp
Mini muffin -2pp

EXERCISE:
Week 4 Day 1 c25k (31.5 mins)

I had a lot of snackage... Probably because I missed breakfast. But at least two of them were 0pp I suppose... And I got fruit into me. And carrots, onions, celery and tomato sauce from the bolognaise. :)
That's 31/29 which isn't a bad day for me considering how bold I've been lately.
OH wants to get a pizza later... Everyone is the devil tempting me these days lol! X
