Thanks Claire. Just took it slow and steady. There was a hill that completely fooked me but I kept going regardless lol!! Glad I did it now...

So true. Thanks lovely lady. I will keep up my jogging - I'm definitely fitter than I was before. Really pushed myself yesterday and can feel it in my calves today LOL. So no running today but maybe tomorrow! X
