ProPoints Azwethinkweiz (Sarah)s new food diary!

No it doesn't sound mean. Every morning I wake and say I won't be so bad with my eating but I end up doing it anyway like I can't stop myself. It was never this hard when I started so I don't know why I find it so hard the last few weeks. I think I'm probably hitting around 11st 5 or 6 now (I'm verrrry bloated) and I'm quite ashamed of myself. I feel really stupid and fat.

Why dont you sit down with pen and paper and write yourself a plan for the next week ...... you dont need to point but write out a food diary (maybe 1500 cals a day?) you can make yourself stick to, add in days you wanna exercise and each day youve completed your plan, treat yourself with somethin u enjoy ? a nice bath, a hot choc in front of the tv, a new book/magazine or anything you love to indulge in ..... its somethin to focus and at the end of the week wen u beat your challenge, youll feel like you achieved something and it may very well take your mind off other stuff xxxxxx

Yeah that sounds like a good idea alright. I might do that tomorrow morning, might dig out some old food diaries for inspiration too. Feeling so so bloated and gross right now. My tummy is actually protruding its that bloated! So defo need to get back on the wagon again. 2 weddings this year and I wanna be slim. Thanks hon, you're a star xxx

Your welcome, a structure would help alot. plus itll get you back into the swing of following a plan rather than throwing yourself back into a full on pointing session ...... and itll help that bloated tum .... your body is probably just all out of sync coz of your meds and your routine. I know exactly how u feel right now Sarah, i wish i could help more ... xxxxx

Yup my tum has definitely had enough of this manky bloated feeling. So tomorrow (today technically) is my new start and feeling more determined about it more I think about it. I worked hard to get the weight off before and will just need to get back into the swing of it and get this gain back off again. Just been extra hard lately. So much easier to give up but I woooooont give up!

Ugh, can't sleep though... Booo :(

Ok so +3lb. Which is completely deserved. My tummy is so bloaty and its been feeling yucky for a couple days which I think is because of the bad eating. SO fresh start from today. I'm now 11st 4.5lb... I will get to those 10s again if I stick to my guns. Will allow myself between 29-36pp per day but no more than that so I don't go off the rails entirely. X

Can I pick your brains? I know your a computer person, I've woken up this morning and my friends have txt me to say they've received urgent emails from me which I haven't sent and ralph said it was a Canadian pharmacy link for Viagra which I didn't send him and my inbox has loads of failure notices but there's nothing in my sent box, any idea what's going on?

Babe chin up. I had an appalling week last week (enjoyed myself far too much) and I'm up 3.5lbs so 3lbs is nothing considering what you're going through. Your plan sounds great. Keep at it. X

Yes hon, that sounds like email spoofing to me. Probably a worm in an email you may have opened which then collected your contacts and sent them the worm. In turn if they then open the email, the worm will collect their addresses and send again and so on and so on. Can you check your last account activity? Is it a gmail address?

Well I ate way too much goodies. Just went mental since starting on these different meds for some reason? Today is a fresh start! Feeling positive about it... For once. X

I'm on track too, so far. I'm gonna do a week on SF, I reckon it'll help me stop snacking or snack wisely I feel I need some freshly cooked free stuff so I'll do that. I've also bought the WW magazine this week, I thought it may help but I've not read it yet, I found ralph reading it this morning:D

I'm honestly not too sure what's happened re emails, I only open emails on my iPad and I delete crap straight away. It sent stuff to everyone, my health visitor everyone. How embarrassing especially to those who received the link about Viagra:) poor ralph was like 'what's this supposed to mean' it's a yahoo email address.

Good idea doing SF. I defo need to cut down on the junk. My tummy is not liking being full of junk anyway. Its giving out to me lol! X

It definitely sounds like spoofing hon. All you can do is send an email to everyone telling them to ignore it, maybe? Otherwise they are propagating the worm by opening the email (if it is a worm). Not really much you can do except change your password just in case. Be careful of what emails you open... Don't _open_ anything that doesn't look legit or familiar, just delete it without opening. Course one of your contacts could've sent _you_ the worm unknowingly. Not necessarily your fault. Worst case scenario though is that someone has your password so change that for peace of mind. X

That gain will soon be gone, you have had a rough time of it and it is to be expected, so don't worry. When I had a bad patch 3 years ago and was on alot of meds for depression I gained alot of weight...which I never lost and lead me joining ww! So I know how emotional eating feels like. Just nip it in the bud now and like everyone else said that control iv your diet will give you something to focus on xx

Yeah see last time I was on them, I was eating badly anyway so didn't realize. I just kept eating all day. I feel a bit sick with myself now looking back over the week... I dunno why I did it. Didn't make me feel better at all. And actually gave me tummy ache! So back to it I says... Back to basics! Poached egg on a slice of toast for breakfast and it was lovely with my cup of coffee.

Todays diary: 3rd March

Milk -1pp

Brekkie:
Slice toast -3pp
Poached egg -2pp

Snack:
Mandarin segments with a WW yogurt -1pp

Lunch:
WW chicken curry (I was freeeeezing and this warmed me up nicely) -8pp

Snack:
Manhattan popcorn -2pp

Dinner:
Homemade burger and bundy -8pp

Dessert:
2 lily o'briens crispy hearts -4pp?

So that's 29pp so far :) still had my snacks but stuck to points for once. I _might_ be going to the cinema tonight but I won't have popcorn or anything. Might get a jelly snake to chew on or something small outta weeklies (I was thinking I'd split them 7 per day).

Well done you that's fab :) what ya gonna see in cinema? Yesterday I went to cinema with no snacks at all!! Shocked myself ha! But..then OH took me for dinner and had 8oz beef burger with onions cheese floured bun, garlic fries and peppercorn sauce, then ice cream for dessert....ooops...have a nice night!! Xx
