No it doesn't sound mean. Every morning I wake and say I won't be so bad with my eating but I end up doing it anyway like I can't stop myself. It was never this hard when I started so I don't know why I find it so hard the last few weeks. I think I'm probably hitting around 11st 5 or 6 now (I'm verrrry bloated) and I'm quite ashamed of myself. I feel really stupid and fat.

Why dont you sit down with pen and paper and write yourself a plan for the next week ...... you dont need to point but write out a food diary (maybe 1500 cals a day?) you can make yourself stick to, add in days you wanna exercise and each day youve completed your plan, treat yourself with somethin u enjoy ? a nice bath, a hot choc in front of the tv, a new book/magazine or anything you love to indulge in ..... its somethin to focus and at the end of the week wen u beat your challenge, youll feel like you achieved something and it may very well take your mind off other stuff xxxxxx
