Anyway quick WW update, I started on MFP for a bit but coz of the exercise I was doing I couldn't work out the amount of calories I should've been eating so I started going to WW classes which have been great, really motivating and I lost half a stone in the first 2 weeks. I just hope I can continue going the way I am coz I'm off on holiday to newquay in August, I wanted to be at goal by then (still 20lbs to go) but I've set myself a mini goal of 7lbs to loose by that time. I didn't want to be unrealistic and put pressure on myself so I see 7lbs as doable.

How's WW going for you?

Work is ok... Not wonderful but ok. Things are dodgy with the ex. He's very much the smitten kitten and apologizing and loads of declarations of love. I keep saying I need my space etc. so not giving in. gotta make sure I get my head right. That's number 1 priority for me at the moment.
I dunno how I feel about WW. I know it works for me WHEN I stick to it and have been trying 26pp daily. I got back in the 10s but have a feeling I'll be in 11s again this week as I've eaten too much & I'm not sure why (although totm is looming which always gives me the "bottomless pit"). I'll just have to take the hit this week & hope for a better week next week. Will try my best tomorrow to eat healthy & drink plenty of water (I never drink enough!).
I'm glad things are looking up for you again. Seems like a good plan with the smaller goals... It's always better to have small goals rather than one big seemingly unreachable goal lol! CC didn't work for me for the same reason? Plus I completely stopped eating fruit lol. Just gotta get my head into WW, I keep getting close and then ruining it lol. Funny thing is I love cows. I have loads of cow teddies & money boxes etc. Nearly crashed me car the other day cuz I was looking at calves playing in a field lol. You'd think I'd be a veggie? Maybe some day!
I dunno about that my love... Seems to be a heck of a training schedule, I'm not even sure I have time for it all... 5 days a week. Starts small with 1-2mile but then we get into the 4-6mile area later and I'm like "FIVE times a week??"

Well done for joining running club :) I went for a run the other day for the first time in about a year blimey it's hard! I managed a mile but stopped twice not for long but I'd like to be able to get better with it! Do rosemary Conley I started Tuesday and I'm enjoying it, I put details on my page if you wanna see.

OK I gained 1.5lb this week. I'm still only just in the 10s (10st 13.5lb). Determined now that I definitely need to stick to my dailies, weeklies and AP. I was too bold this week. I will have a good week and get rid of that gain!!

Awwwh thanks very much hon, appreciate the kind words. I deserved the gain because I had too many goodies last weekend. Definitely wanna stick to my PP this week & hopefully get rid of the gain!! :) xx

Thanks ladies. Had a bit of a blowout tonight (all pointed and accounted for) and hoping that it's out of my system now. Wanna eat lightly the next 2 days before the mini marathon anyway. Will prob just run a mile or 2 tomorrow and then rest on sunday.

Thanks hon. Today has been ok so far, haven't eaten too much yet lol. Went for a 2 mile jog aswell.

Haha I wish hon! This marathon is 6 miles and my calf was hurting after 2 miles today. I'll probably have to walk some of it... Injuries are a pain in the ass lol!! Bit annoyed because I was training hard to get to 10km and this one injury fecked it all up.

I got my gait done yesterday though and got insoles moulded to my feet and new trainers (my others are worn out!). Got a couple new running tops too. Hoping the new insoles sort out the pains I'm getting (no luck yet though). X

Have you got a lidls near you? I got some compression trousers for £7.99 for the gym, they are really good. They've also got compression tops too, I think there around the £4.99 mark dunno what that would be in euros though.xxx

Yeah and cool too, quite airy and look nice and slimming too. Let me know how you get on if you can find them.
