Oh no.. Why don't you like it?? I only know 1 person who likes Peter Mark's but she only likes their curly blow dries... :(

After a very bad week, I'm back on it today. Hoping to keep damage to a minimum for WI on Friday but I'm expecting at least 3lb on (you wouldn't believe the amount of food/drink I had - I can't even remember or count it!).

Milk -1pp

Brekkie:
Rice krispie square -4pp

Lunch:
Deli ham Sambo -10pp?
Velvet crunch -2pp

Dinner:
Spicy chicken Noodles -8pp

Dessert:
Banana Split (banana & WW ice cream) -2pp

27pp used today - that's pretty good compared to the other days lol. I also went for a 3 mile jog after work which I think is worth around 3AP. I have a 5 mile run coming up on Saturday so hopefully I'm fit enough for it :)

Me too Vicky, I'm a terror - I get so close all the time and then I feck it all up!

Also, today I read an article on the BBC news site about British womens waists being too big and for a minute I felt good because I managed to shrink from a 40" waist to a 31" waist (in the healthy zone). Then I read the comments and felt awful because most people on there think 31" is still "very big" and that in the 60's it was 24" waists and such. I honestly don't think I could physically have a 24" waist? My frame is quite broad (much broader than my friends and my sisters) and I feel like a giant half the time (I seem to hang out with very petite people).

Now I feel fat and horrific :(

Diary so far today:

Milk - 1pp

Brekkie:
Rice Krispie Square - 4pp (I really need to go shopping and get some brekkie biccies or something!)

Lunch:
Brown bread sambo with ham and low low cheese - 6pp
Sam spudz onion rings - 2pp

Snack:
Banana - 0pp

Dinner:
TBD

I have 13pp left for dinner which is good. I have drank about 1.5litres today so far (which is pretty good for me).

Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning. Been pretty good from Monday till today to try and limit damage so hoping the gain isn't anymore than 3lbs (fingers crossed).

Are these people lying ??!! 24'' is stupidly thin ... ive got my waist down to 28'' and a size 8 ... so what would 24'' be? size 4 ? stupid size ... these girls obviously dont eat !!! ignore it all girls .... ive been there n done the skinny thing, you have no life and your personality goes down the toilet everyday :rolleyes: xxx

I didn't realise that used to be the norm (I can't imagine it ever was). I'd like maybe a 30" waist for now, I think that's doable for me. It just made me sad to see how many men and women thought mean things like that. Is it any wonder there are eating disorders and such? We're our own worst enemies! Ah well... I have to try to accept my body I suppose... X

Bless ya! having my eating disorder back in the day, its made me realise that there is no perfection in this world, we have to accept what we got n make the most of it! i bet loooooooads of women would love your curvy figure Sarah :D ...
 
I doubt anyone would want my figure lol... But thanks Claire hon xx

Did my Irish Runner 5 mile today. It went ok, all sorts of weather! Took me 52mins which is defo an improvement on my time. Glad it went so well and didn't hurt myself this time or anything x
