It's long story so lets just say my hand hurts from punching a wall. I'm alright now... Just had a bit of a "moment".
I think lack of sleep is affecting me now. Only got about 3 hrs last night (and not all in a row). Ugh.

Hey Hun I'm a bit of a floater on here at the moment! Though thought I'd comment and see if your ok! Hope your feeling abit better now, I get angry/upset sometimes and lash out like that. It's like it's all pressurised and pent up then I explode. I can't believe you are so light nowadays:) that's fab losing 50lbs I have gained yet again. I am such a yo yo dieter :( can't seem to stick to anything. Been binging a lot recently it's horrible :( xxx

I've been known to punch something to get my anger out. Near broke my knuckle one time. Thought I defo had. My whole hand swelled up...

I don't usually lash out like that... I've been a bit iffy since meds have changed. I was wandering around the house at 3am the other night and my mum had to put me back to bed and lie with me for 2 hours.
Thanks... I don't feel very light actually but have noticed my clothes are looser than usual! It is hard to stick to anything... I go between 1300-2000 calories depending on the day haha! I have managed yip keep my binging under control recently which is good. Hope tint feeling ok xx

Thanks, I'm alright. My hand feels bruised but doesn't look bruised so think it'll be grand. I cut a couple of my knuckles so that's stinging.

I'd say its because you haven't wound down before sleep time.. Take an hour before sleep time to read a book r something so your mind is thinking about that and the stresses of life and the world.. I wreckon its coz you're not getting a good rest..
So you hve a sleep monitor app on yer phone?? If no, I recommend it.. it records yer sleep pattern in a graph type.. I'll print screen n show you mine

Whats a sleep monitor? How does it know when I'm sleeping?! I haven't even heard of this before lol :p

Oh I lost a lb this week... Happy with that considering I wasn't even trying ;)

Must look and see if there's anything on google play that's the equivalent of the iPhone version...

Well this week I've eaten quite a bit (I've logged everything on mfp so you can have a look if you want) so I wasn't expecting a loss at all!? I've had quite a lazy few weeks too where I've toned down the exercise entirely and I just do some walking and maybe a cycle once in a while. I've as flummoxed as anyone about it all. But as I say... It _could_ be the new meds because it is since I started those?

Yea that's the one I use Tracy.. There's loads of versions so am sure you'll get one for your phone..
You leave it face down on the corner of yer matress and it records yer movement.. Its an alarm designed to wake up when your sleep is disturbed so it doesn't go off when yer in a deep sleep.. Say you set yer alarm for 7:30.. It'll set to go off between 7 n half n when ur in a less deep sleep it'll go off... I find it great.. But I do use it with my phone alarm...

I downloaded a sleep app last night and used it. I slept for an hour and then woke for an hour, then slept for a hour, then woke for an hour... Then slept another hour and a half... and that was it... Awake from 6am then tossing and turning for a couple hours. So I got 3 and a half hours of sleep. Interesting app!

Been eating terribly since getting totm lol... Gotta rope it in tomorrow!!

No Sarah. Im sure i win at the laziest weekend ever. I parked up my car Fri evening and didn't move from the sofa - well only to the kitchen, bathroom, and bed for the entire weekend. Literally sat on my ass the whole time. And Im still tired today. :-(
