Mmhmm its a constant battle with myself because I just want to stay in bed all day and do nothing so everything is a bit forced and I'm feeling quite numb at the moment. Trying though, all I can do is try eh :) xxx

Decided to come back now... started WW again yesterday, trying to do 29 dailies and 49 weeklies and see how I get on. Trying to curb my bingey behaviour again! Might try giving up chocolate for Lent this year too.

Good luck for yer new journey.. And remember, don't put too much pressure on yerself if it doesn't come naturally straight away.. Its hard to get back to when you've had some time off.. And you have lotz of more important stuff to concentrate on as well... (getting better)

Thanks chick. I'm hoping I can get back on the wagon fairly pronto - think I've gained a stone (was told the change in meds would make me gain weight too but "not to worry" about it, sigh).

Sick of Valentine's... just want this day to be over!

I lost 4.5lb this week so back in the 10s again. Another 10lb or so till I'm back to before xmas weight...
 
Ah not really, I'd put on a lot recently and I'd say the first loss was mostly water and bloatiness lol! X
