I'm here chick. Just had a rough few days that's all. Busy week for me with appointments now. And just got my totm yesterday too so I'm like a whale here lol. Have been better tham usual foodwise but I know I can do better too so gotta give it an extra effort now.
One of my therapists says I need to go outdoors for a walk at least 5 days of the week (sounds simple to ye on here probably but I mostly avoid outside these days).

All good here ta hun.. Jono has started back at work so have got him to drop me in each morning this week and I'm walking home... So getting in some exercise... Hopefully can get back to 12st even again soon and then smash my way into the 11's... Not looking a great day today tho to be walking home.. But hey.. I've no choice

I'm IN the 11s and I don't wanna be there lol. I wanna be in the 10s again. Ever since I started this different medication my weight has gone up and up. Really trying to get a handle on it.
It looks manky out today. Bleugh. Well done you on all the walking though! I need to get moving... xx

God. Very awkward when you see someone you know at the mental health clinic lol. "What kinda crazy have you got?"
Also... there's someone here with their headphones in but the music is so loud that everyone can hear it. Really irritating... I think I'm on edge here. You could GO crazy in these places

Yeah exactly. I onl got tp the early 10s when I was on the other meds... they made me nauseous so I wasn't eating as much lol.

His sisters are a bunch of gossipers, it's them I'd be worried about. I just prefer people in my area not to know my business. I guarantee everyone in the town will know now lol.
That's what I'd love to know. I never take very long at all. Like someone waltzed in the door there and was seen almost straight away by someone yet I'm sitting here over an hour now. What is the poiny in giving people an appointment time if they are just gonna be left sitting there.

Yea that's what pisses me off too...
I had an appointment in the hospital a while back for 2:30... I was 2nd patient to be seen.. at 4:10!!!! The person before me hadn't been in there that whole time.. The doctor only arrived at 3:30 and didn't call the first person til almost 4pm!!!

I dunno what takes them so long. I was in and out in a couple minutes?! I hate the sitting around. And I didn't sleep last night so I was wrecked and dying to get home again to have a cuppa tae!!
Back in me pjs now... lazy ***** lol. Haven't a clue what I'm eating for me dinner... only had belvitas so far today. Craving sugary things all the flippin time!! Argh! X
