I had a chicken stir fry in the end. And here's a pic of the yukky curry from last night

Yay , it's Friday!

Green day today

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs on 2 mini wholemeal sub rolls (healthy b), apple

Lunch: jacket potato with Lf cottage cheese or baked beans not sure yet, carrot sticks, yoghurt

Dinner: some form of Indian restaurant vegetarian meal, in thinking vegetable dhansak with plain rice

Extras: Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b) with 250ml ss milk (healthy a), and possibly a curly wurly depending on how many syns I use with dinner
 
Fridays are the best aren't they. What are you up to this weekend?

No it wasn't very nice. It was very bland and, as weird as it sounds, it just tasted like powder lol. Wasnt a very exciting recipe tho, no garlic or anything in the recipe. Won't use that one again lol
 
Fridays are fab!
I only work Friday morning, so at the mo I'm half way through my house work and waiting for the washer to finish - I sooo know how to live lol - it is nice getting most of my jobs done though and having the weekend free. As for plans....I haven't got a clue! It's my husbands birthday on Sunday, so we'll probably go off somewhere for the day and out for a meal.

Are you up to anything?
I wish I could find a nice curry recipe, it's my favourite food.
 
Sounds lovely, it's nice to get housework out of the way isn't it! That way you can spend the weekend relaxing and not worry about it. I haven't really got any plans for tomorrow (altho thinking about it, I spose I should do some housework too lol) but on Sunday evening we are going to a wedding reception. Will try and stay in track there but not really sure if I can lol

Yeah the only slimming world curry I like is Petes peanut one, have you tried that one?. The rest just don't taste right to me.
 
Talking of curry, I just had another one. We were going to go to the restaurant but decided to get a takeaway, which was nice as I could weigh it here. I also made a few chips to go with it. Stuffed now! Didn't really need the chips too but it was lovely. 7.5 syns for the veg dhansak and I'm going to call the rice free as I asked for it to be without oil

No, I've not tried that one, I'll look for the recipe and give it a go.

It was lovely, I've never had a dhansak before but ill definitely have it again. It was nearly as nice as a full fat creamy tikka massalla or korma but not quite there lol
 
I didnt wake up til 12.30, heaven! Haven't got much planned for today. Will do a bit of housework and pop to costa for a mandatory Saturday skinny latte, I've worked out that the normal vanilla syrup is 3 syns so Not too bad really it makes it much nicer.

Red day

Brunch: 2 poached eggs on a wholemeal roll (healthy b)

Lunch/snacks: latte (healthy a and 3 syns), king prawns, carrot sticks, yoghurt if I need them

Dinner: chicken stir fry

Extras: 2 ryvita (healthy b), 30g cheese (healthy a) , galaxy cookie crumble 12 syns

Syns: 15
 
Turkey bacon n chicken stir fry. Bored of stir fries now! I need to have a look for some more red day recipes

Have a wedding reception to go to this evening, I will eat before we go so I'm not too hungry and hopefully there will be some sw friendly foods tho so that I don't feel left out.

Extra easy day today

Brunch: 2 turkey bacon rashers and baked beans, an apple

Early dinner: Cajun chicken breast as a burger in a wholemeal roll (healthy b) with 30g cheese (healthy a), chips and lettuce

Syns: whatever I have at the wedding reception!
 
You def wouldn't have liked the ones in the stir fry then, I think I undercooked them so they were a bit hard lol

Thankyou, it was quite a nice evening really. It was my partners work colleague so I had to be on my best behaviour and put on my posh voice when talking to his boss lol.

Food wise, I wasn't great! I had 2 small glasses of coke (they came in a glass bottle so I could see the cal info, 4.5 syns each), 2 cupcakes and a few potato wedges. Not awful, but not good either! Hoping the scales are kind tonight :) not the end of the world if not tho

It was really nice, I can't believe it's syn free, although I must admit I did eat the tortilla chips that came with it which most definitely weren't free... Idk why coz I don't even like tortilla chips that much lol

Lol... It would have been rude not to have eaten them lol... The sizzling range of pubs do a Quorn chilli that comes with rice and tortilla chips with sour cream.... I have to eat it all! Xx
 
Ohh yum I love sour cream! Glad it didn't come with it today, I know I would have scoffed it all lol
