Good morning all -another blinkin freezin cold day here again and it keeps trying to snow
Hannah - I used to love cooked brekkies when I first started SW -even though I swear if you have to take the fat off bacon then it is no longer worthy of being called bacon :giggleexplains my weight I guess -I used to love fatty meat mmm)... now I just find them too heavy so I pretty much have fruit n yog or porridge n banana/berries .... I could eat porridge any time nomnomnom....
I hope having something a bit more substantial held the hunger at bay for you :cross:..
I think a lot of us will understand that feeling of "I have failed so many times -Im going to do it again" but remember that as long as we are still trying -we haven't "failed" -that only happens when we give up trying .. so no failures here arty0049:.... and just think -summer will soon be here again - my main problem in summer is all the soft fruits... Im like a human waste disposal with that stuff and I know there are worse things I could love but it soon adds up when I can sit with a tub of peaches, nectarines and plums and eat em in one go -- *I will show restraint this year - I WILL* :faint2:...
Its not suprising that moving home has thrown your routine -tis the devils job... I know it sounds bonker but we are due to move sometime towards the end of the year and I have started sorting and boxing allready (although I have alarming amounts of stuff ) :silly:-Im having a right good sort out and every single item is getting listed according to what box it is in, each box has a reference so I can find things straight away -when . Im putting stuff on oneside to carboot and stuff that is tat is staight in the recycling pile....
Hope you are having a good week
Jim its getting closer -I have made some beaded bookmark last night -just hope they sell :cross: how are you doing ?having a good week I hope!!
Nikki -thats bloomin expensive isn't it :faint2: -Im hoping to get as much weight off as possible before we leave here and then Im planning on getting my name down for an allotment back home (need to phone today) -THEN hopefully that will be plenty of exercise -for no cost and lots of fresh air and yummy fruit n veg to boot
Thanks Gail -twas a shocker, but Im ok . You are right -I see SW as a way that I can easily eat for the rest of my life so even when Im at target (and we WILL get there) I plan to keep on eating just the same :fingerscrossed:
Well my dinner changed last night -I made the curry sauce and just knew I wasn't going to enjoy it so i only stuck 3 chicken breasts in (hubby loved it) so he has it for lunch today and a portion for the freezer.... I got the other breast and wrapped it in foil and sprinkled over some ketjap manis over and steamed with a big pile of cabbage -it was gorgeous ...
so then -here is todays plan....
