I modify a couple of bits, better than doing ourself an injury isn't it , I really like Jillan Michaels -Im sure its because she isn't all frilly n girly...Yay well done hun. I've just done my day 2 too. (couldn't do it yesterday as I worked and fell asleep on the sofa after I'd put my LO to bed and had dinner after skipping lunch...oops) I know exaclty what you mean, I need better support underwear, bits wobbled that I didn't even know I had. I don't ache as much as I thought I would. I also have to modify some of the moves and I think I'll be doing stage 1 for at least 2 weeks maybe more. I do feel good though! Roll on day 3

Not to worry! I too ache, evverryywhhherre the whole way through - not so much after (which I think is a bit odd) but especially the sideways lunges (still don't know why )Woohoo lovely
are you achy? I seem to be feeling it in the tops of my arms, at the front where your arms meet your boobs, then the bit right under your boobs and then just up from my belly button and to the sides -so Im hoping and a praying that it means Im actually working those muscles (where ever they may be ), either that or Im deformed and working the wrong bits
I would love it if I can get my "squidgy roll" shifted -I have several, but the one that sits between my boobs n waist really bugs me -I have lost a fair bit off it already - but it HAS TO GO!!!!
Im so glad you are trusting the plan arty0011: -lets hope it brings you good things. I have found that I will now trust the plan but it took some time, although I do like to swap between the plans and keep things shaken up -so I will sometimes try to use more syns etc.. just so I don't get in a rut and stop paying attention..
I have salad stuff, but it won't last long in this house -bit like the fruit really
