Morning Ela ine -hope you have a good week my lovely

Well I have just done the workout picked for me :angel09:-20mins and 140cals burnt.. -not massive amounts -but it all adds up, and I will get on the stepper later ;)

As I decided last night -here is todays meal plan -chosen just in case "marvin" is lurking :p

*250ml semi (A)
*grapefruit
*2 eggs scrambled
*bacon
*roasted tomatoes

*melon
*pineapple
*salmon filet
*tickled
*tickled cabbage
*tomatoes
*tickled mixed veggies

*mixed berries
*activia (2.5)
*spanish rice with chicken n chorizo (2.5)
*fibre plus bar (B)
*250ml semi (6)

So that will be 1A+B and 11 syns

Im not really sure Im hungry enough for THAT much brekkie -soooo I will have my grapefruit and then I can always have the rest if I need it later -seems silly to force it down "just in case" I get hungry later.. may as well wait n see ;)

Im planning on getting more recipe saved onto my PC today then at the weekend I can hopefully make some new meal plans and get some new recipe tried out :party0049:
Right I will get off and try and catch up and then I think its time for another cuppa :D

Had your Spanish Rice with chicken and chorizo again last night - think this is one of our favourite meals. Have copied quite a few of your recipes into a Word document on my PC and always have 2 or 3 of them during the month - haven't had anything I don't like yet.

The sauce recipe you told me to do was flipping lovely (I remembered at the last minute about the worcester sauce)

I got a couple of prawns that tasted verrrry fishy so had to spit them out as I wanted to gag

P.s thanks for the recipes on my Diary, Mr Dizzy is too ill to eat solids at the Mo, But I will be making a batch of Ox burgers up tomorow and freezing them (I will of course be sampling my bit first ;))

Afternoon all - Capricorn, I am in awe of your exercise - my wee work out last night nearly had me dropping as it was! I did sleep like a baby though, even without the *week snoozies (I'm actually kind of glad that it's not just me that gets that...).

I don't know how it is with you, but I think if I plan out in my head that I'm going to eat X,Y&Z then I don't get so hungry for it and only eat X and maybe Y? It's a good thing, I think, means I'm only eating what I'm physically, rather than mentally, hungry for (although hormonal hunger's a whole other thing!)

Didn't have brekkie in the end :slap: -but I just wasn't hungry :faint2:,
Dinner tonight will definitely be what it says on my plan ...really - it will :giggle: - I do love that recipe even though Im not normally much of a fan of rice :confused:

Glad the prawns went down OK -I have given you another tip that might help on the "other thread" .... squeeze the prawns out and whack them in the sauce over night so they soak up the flavour ;)
At this rate you will be part otter with all that fish you are trying :giggle:
Hi Wenchie - I really don't do half as much exercise as some but Im trying to get back into it, I know that if I do to much I will do it for so long and then burn out and stop -so Im trying the "little n often" approach -its more to try and get toned than burn extra cals -although that would be a nice bonus :p

I have to agree -I have to know what I plan to eat every day -but then often I don't need it all -and I refuse to eat just because Im supposed to -I have finally learnt to eat what I need when I need it -only taken nearly 40 years :rotflmao:, but I know that if I just got up with nothing in mind I would feel really uncomfy...
I think I will get back to making some more book marks and then have my berries n yoghurt mmmm

oooh eeee by gum .... hubby came home with 2 packages for me -from Amazon .... hubby reckons he has never seen anyone open an envelope so nervously :p ... well I knew what I was expecting ;)annnnnnd .. it was my new exercise DVDs
Not only that, but I put the Spanish rice in the remoska to cook and decided to take a peek at the "30 day shred" ..and I have only gone and done my first day :bunnydance: -OK so it was no walk in the park but I am soooo proud that I did it :woohoo: and my chubby little legs are now all wibbly wobbly inside :giggle:

By the time I was done -dinner was cooked and core I enjoyed every last bit,,,, I only had a half portion though as I knew it would be enough -so now Im all :party0048: as my tummy is full again and my exercise is done for the day :happy036:..... Lets see how I feel in the morning
there were 5 other discs I have had come -some just 10 min target ones -not sure I will be doing them at the same time as the shred -but I will figure it out :hmm: I will have a toned body -eventually :p
Right me and my ickle achy legs are off to the sofa

Im amazed it got here this quick and Im so glad I just opened it and shoved it in the player rather than being scared of it and putting it off :clap:

I think I must be a little twisted as I rather like Jillian -I think its because she isn't all girly :p

The plan is to do it again as soon as I get up, there are a couple of bits I have to modify -the reverse crunch things for a start :eek: and I only have 1kg weights so thats what I used :character00115::rotflmao: oohh and I will be glad when my sports bra arrives so I can be a bit less :banana dancer::p -I noticed their boobs never shifted -I was quite amazed :giggle:

Chances are I will be doing level 1 for more than 10 days ;)

Anyway I will add my total for today and then Im off to the land of nod....

Sun - 9 syns used and 500cals burnt
Mon - 2.5syns used and 520cals burnt
Tues - 5 syns used and 140cals burnt + shred

I didn't need the extra milk so my syns dropped today - BUT -I am planning on having avocado tomorrow so that will use some up nomnomnom

My only exercise is getting to the loo quickly after Dyno Rod....or doing the ironing :sigh: I cant really class the Physio as its not exactly very 'physical' :rolleyes: Hey ho maybe you can do a bit for me if I ask realllllllly nicely lol :p x x

I have just had lunch and ooh twas nomnomnom - I do love avocado and feta :drool:
I find it a good way to use up some syns -and it only worked out at 7 syns for the half :happy036: - so I may have to have the same again tomorrow -only to use the other half up of course :whistle:
now I know you wouldn't want to spoil your avocado -BUT it is lovely with the prawns and that dressing you made on ..nomnomnom

Do you know something, I don't know if its because I have always eaten a lot of fruit n veg but the dyno rod soup never has "that" affect on me :confused:

Im very hit n miss with my exercise -usually I will do loads for a while and then spend weeks sat on my bum :p -this time Im going to try and do little n often..anything to reduce the chances of ending up all floppy n wibbly :cross:

Hope Physio goes ok my lovely and hope they don't make you all :9529: this time....

I don't ache as much as I thought I would. I also have to modify some of the moves and I think I'll be doing stage 1 for at least 2 weeks maybe more. I do feel good though! Roll on day 3 :D

:happy096: on getting day 2 done, I will be with you -I can see my 30 day shred turning into a 90 day shred :giggle: ... I modify a couple of bits, better than doing ourself an injury isn't it ;), I really like Jillan Michaels -Im sure its because she isn't all frilly n girly...
I have a sports bra on its way but Im still not sure it will stop everything from bouncing -but its worth a try :giggle:.
I ache a bit but its a kind of "oooh I have done something" ache rather than a "good go what happened ache" -so far -

Have you taken your measurements? I did mine yesterday to see what difference it makes.. Im not expecting miracles as I have plenty of wobble covering my muscles -but anything is a bonus :D
Im off now to have a peep at one of the other dvds.. not that I plan on trying them yet :eek:

Not to worry! I too ache, evverryywhhherre the whole way through - not so much after (which I think is a bit odd) but especially the sideways lunges (still don't know why :confused:)

My main problem is - I spent a large ammount of my teenage life (when I probably didn't even need to :eek:) counting calories and I know the content of pretty much everything - argh! So when I put stuff on a plate I am naturally tallying up/checking packets and if a single meal comes to more than 600 calories (especially on green days!) or sw donner kebab etc.. I get all panicky! I am trying though - this week! Or even when I still count, I'm going to eat *unntil I'm hungry* anyway, regardless of calories :D

I have salad stuff, but it won't last long in this house -bit like the fruit really :p
