No not bad at all, if it fits on plan and keeps you going. I eat choc most nights usually too. Still lose weight so why not?!
Yeah that's what I thought. With weight watchers it's not really about specific groups of food, more energy deficit. So if its calories (points) in out then ill be ok. Like I've said a million times, this is a life change! Not a race, I'm trying to make my menu as close to my normal day when not dieting, so if rather do it like this then when I'm at go start to think about healthier options! X
