Hello all I have done every diet under the sun and lost weight put it back on ect, I want to find a diet that suited my shift work and this one seems to I was weighed yesterday and I am back up to 10.11 I am so upset about that, I have just got back from holiday but it is no excuse I am 5ft 1 and my clothes feel tight and look horrible I am very un happy so lets do something about it!

I have a few goals my partners 30th in August I would like to get half a stone off at least by then! (I am a slow loser)

I recently got Engaged :) there are no wedding plans as yet but with this in mind I want to slim down! And we will be booking a holiday for June next year so by then I hope to be at my goal, I have always said 9 stone but I have got down to 9.6 before and felt happy there and that was not easily to maintain so I will settle for 9.7 or reassess then! Some of us are not meant to be that small Iam very curvy and I think it's just my shape I have come to terms with that now.

I had a hypnotherapy session yesterday with the hope it will motivate me so let's see! I am also a gym member and I go 2-3 times a week unless I'm on nights as I just can't do it then.

Rant over let's get motivated! Please all join my journey

I am trying 1200 daily with two days a week of 600 calories and see how I go with that it can always be tweaked.

I will be having a fast day tomo, Monday and Thursday. I do have a hen do Friday and a wedding sat and the following sat! But I will try and stay in control!

Thanks ladies so so annoyed at myself I have had agreat few days then on my night shift tonight I've just pigged out as everyone brought in snacks at work and I feel rubbish now :(
 
Well I had my little binge then had a hen do Friday and wedding Saturday so it's been lots of alcohol, I haven't eaten a lot but what I have eating in between drinking hasn't been great! But I am doing a fast day tomo and it will be all nice healthy food!!

Get weighed Tuesday gulp! And my second hypnotherapy session, totm is just coming to an end so I'm hoping I won't be as hungry!

So line drawn!! I have a wedding Saturday to but I'm not ruining my diet again ill allow calories for a little treat but that's it. I need to be thiner my August
 
Ahhhhhhhhh so annoyed gone well over today I'm1700 cals!!! Was supposed to be a fast day but ill try again either tomo or sat then that's my two for the week I've just been so hungry today and worked really hard I've not eaten that much it just adds up so easily!

Don't worry about it hun. The beauty of this WOL is that you can simply do another fast another day :)
 
Have a wedding tomo in the afternoon so will be extra good all day, I'm going to enjoy myself though it's why we're good most of the time :) I have been to a spa today and had high tea it was lovely and managed to stay within my cals woohoo just need to squeeze my fast day I'm Sunday then organise what days next week ill be doing them I'm thinking Tuesday and Thursday
And I've booked lots of gym classes

Fast day today I went a little over yesterday at the wedding but to stay positive I noticed I didn't eat for the sake of it I left food on my plate and stopped when I was full so I feel more in control! I think the hypnotherapy is working?

I'm on a night shift today so I'm going to go for a nice breakfast with the man then just drink lots today and during the night and take some fruit to snack on.

Hi welcome it's lovely to have people following, yes they are working I think?? It's hard to tell but I am defiantly thinking about things a lot more

Good hunny I've had hen dos and weddings in the last two weeks so have gone over cals the past two weekends but apart from that all good, I lost 3lbs at my last weigh in my next one is on the 22nd if that's the Tuesday? I only managed one fast day this week because of the weddings ect but I feel more in control and I've only eaten when hungry, I've allowed myself treats but not really wanted much of them. How are you getting on?
