Cor I'm hanging this morning after Newmarket races!!! Doing it all again today!!!!

Im detoxing next week for sure!!! Starting the juice fast !
 
Morning all, well new start today!

I've woken with a cold and sore throat but I will still stick to my get sexy for my fellas birthday mission! (End of August!) I'm going to write a shopping list and food plan to, I've booked gym classes for the week and I'm going to take pics of my food as a little food diary.

So today is a fast day! My other one will be Friday,
Here's my breakfast chopped banana with 40g oat bran and almond milk, for cals please also follow me on mfp.

Hi sorry I forgot my username and password so cpuldnt get in! And been in nights I was doing well then sat night was picnic night at work and it went down hill from there so tomo is a new day I need to loose this weight by the end of the month well at least half a stone!

Sorry I've been on nights and couldn't get in here as I forgot my password I was doing so well then Saturday night at work was picnic night and it's gone downhill from then! I feel disgusting no idea if weight as my scales are broke (probably because I'm to fat for them!) but I can feel it's not good, it's totm to so I'm trying to avoid sweet things! I've drawn a line though and I need to be strict now! I have to look good by the end of the month!!
 
Morning all


Well day 2 on track, just had breakfast oatbran with chopped banana and tsp runny hunny yummy. And just did a spin class from hell he had us sprinting for 1minute then off the bike doing jump squats and lunges was hard even my forearms were sweating! But I'm glad I did it now, I won't be able to get to the gym until fri day now as I have 3 long days so no time. I'm going to attempt this fasting overnight jobby so ill eat my last meal at 6pm then won't each breakfast until 9-10, I've just brought all new Tupperware to so I'm a little to excited about that how sad! But I'm hoping it will motivate me to take nice salads and soups to work! I've also ordered some nice healthy teas as I want to start drinking more of them again! And I've got some raspberry ketones tablets that were recommended to me but we will see about those! I've used pills in the past and I do know it's all about diet and exercise but if anything helps I'm all for it!

How is everyone getting on? I've no idea what I weigh as my scales are still out of action and we don't have them as work as we have beds that weigh. I am also re starting the squat challenge and doing abs along side it! As I got to 200 last time and really felt a difference, so I am all set for my mission ha ha.

If anyone wants to follow me here's a reminder of the challenge

Just sorting my wardrobe out it's so depressing some of my jeans don't even fit over my arse since before I started this job!!! I must be so fat... Well kick up the big fat arse that was!

Well a mixture ha ha just looking through my slimming world books but then I want to fast two days if I can to, but eat slimming world foods until I get my head into it again. Feel so frumpy and unhappy now I can't believe I am that big again!!! I couldn't even get my jeans over my bum

We've all been there. You just need a good wk back on plan to spur u on xx
 
Yep I'm day two now just feeling crappy it's so depressing!

Stick with it and find something that works for you - I like 5.2 but have to count calories too, I'm just through a sticky patch so have dropped my carbs too for a 2 week boot camp!! But...... My jeans used to be too tight and now they're too big! Good luck

I'm looking forward to them being to big! I will try stick with it!! Ill see if I can last this week and if not then ill try slimming world although I'm going to try eat slimming world like on my normal days to get me back into it
 
Hi all! I'm doing well!! Been doing 5:2 and really trying to healthy eat! I'm working all weekend :(but on a positive note I hardly eat at work as I don't get much time and I'm in my feet all day! But I can get very hungry then snack so I've made healthy lunch :)
 
How are you doing with your squat challenge hun? Last time i did squats i ended up in so much pain i thought i would to learn how to use the toilet standing up!

I'm starting it tomo! Only because I completely e forgot a day so I'm starting it properly from the beginning! Diet has been great and I feel great!
 
Morning all! I'm so achy just done 3 14 hr shifts in a row my back and feet are so sore! I'm relaxing today then back in for anther two tomo! Then finally get to see my gorgeous man at the weekend! Before starting 7 night shifts! Ouch. I have been really good and feel great for it admittedly I haven't been great with fluids but I don't have time at work until I realise it's been all day and I've not had a wee! I must get better with fluids!!! Practice what I preach ay!

How is everyone getting on? I have a christening Saturday and I'm having a few drinks but ill stick to gin and slimline tonic and allow myself a few healthy buffet snacks, I don't want to ruin this feeling! Sunday is going to have to be a mega cooking organisation session for my nights as that's where It goes to pot!

Off to aqua fit tonight and just about to start my squat and ab challenge, so 50 of each of those will be done today
 
ALL SOUNDS GOOD!! I didn't get to the gym yesterday because I had a gnatbite and my foot/ankle swelled up I could hardly walk, got antibiotics so it doesn't travel and turn into skin infection like last time! hopfully be ok to get to gym tomorrow morning!!... follow my new diary xx

I'm pretty sure I am the weight watchers one? I'm off to aquafit today had lunch with my friend and some banana sorbet after I'm so shattered today! And have to do a bloody presentation
