I've farted about this week food has been good & bad but have picked something terrible yesterday 2 bags off crisps 2 hifi bars a ripple 8 Jaffa cakes & why ??!!! God knows !!!

I have weigh in tomorrow & my consultant is away I'm giving my self a huge swift kick up the bum !!!

Haha I love stir fry so quick & easy !!!

Oh that's good I need to get some bits on the selling pages sometimes e bay is so costly with all the fees I have 25 listings on at the mo x

None have bids but quite a lot off watchers
