Was delish and just hit the spot I'm
Already tucked up in bed Sophie & the hubby are both poorly so they went to bed early so I'm going go have an early night as I'm shattered !!!

Would pay good money right now for a day off work and a day off mummy duties and just sleep all day slob out and not get dressed !!!
That would be amazing lol !!!!

Hopefully will feel more awake after a good sleep tonight ready for my 10 hour shift in work !!!

Might treat myself to a subway salad and one off the new orange kit Kat chunkys tomorrow as a post weigh in treat !!!

Still feeling a bit rough but better than I did yesterday !!!

Food hasn't been great though it wrote it down just so I can keep track here was what little I ate yesterday

Thursday

Hifi bar (heb)
Grapes
2 ice lollies (5)
Handful off chippy chips

That was all that passed my lips yesterday x

Not sure how today will fare food wise either still feeling a bit icky tummy wise

Still sick spoke too soon this morning !!!


Managed an apple at breakfast
Then tried a boiled egg sandwich - NOT a good idea have been poorly all afternoon can't keep anything in me and feel shocking !!!

this is defo not good for the diet !!! Frustrated as I want to eat but not sure what to and what's best being on plan :-( and in case it doesn't stay in me !!!

But can't go back to work tomorrow as I have to be 48 hours symptom free as I work with food x

Ok going to try food today might not be completely on plan though
