Hi !!!!!

I'm back !!!
I did weigh in after I returned from holiday last Wednesday weighed in at 10"12 !!!! Eeekkkk
I have mostly been on plan this week a few things off plan but have been jet lagged and been busy so not posted my diaries for last week
It's weigh in today so hoping for a loss off some kind :)
We're trying to adapt our meals as my little girl has coeliac so were doing gluten free now I will still be having normal bread until I get my results off my coeliac test which should be any day now :)
Tomorrow I am off bridesmaid dress shopping I'm bridesmaid in feb for my cousin then it's my 30th in April so I. Aiming for both off them at the mo :)

Mad manic day today bridesmaid dress shopping for my cousins wedding :)

Breakfast

2 toast
Cheese
Sliced tomatoes

Lunch
Out at tgi Fridays :/
Mozzarella dippers
Cheeseburger & chips :/
Eeeeeekkkkk mega syns

Dinner
Sw classic chicken curry & rice
Just had a small portion after my synful day !!!

Freddos are the devil !!!!!

Bought a box off them for my daughter as there gluten free but who's been eating them ??? Me !!!!!
Yesterday I had 3 before the school run I think I ate 10 in total yesterday oh there only 5 syns yeah that's not for unlimited quantities though !!!

Anyway last nights tea was scrummy made kung pao chicken from Asia book !!
With rice noodles & boiled rice !!

Heading out to ikea today it's a 2 hour round trip so taking a bag full off snacks just encase !!

??? Maybe Supernoodles or something quick depending on time

Burgers & Sw chips with jack Daniels sauce & sweetcorn relish (need to check syns on these)
 
Hi !!!!!!!

I'm back crawling back in with my tail between my legs weighing my heaviest and not sticking to plan despite rejoining 4 weeks ago !!!
Have so much stress and things going on and I'm 30 12 weeks tomorrow!!!
And we're going away and want to feel a bit more comfortable at last weigh in I was 10"13.5 I missed class last week due to being ill but will be getting weighed on Wednesday but I've had a heavy weekend as I had a hen party on Saturday and the wedding is this Friday so that's going to be an off plan day !!!

Tea is already bubbling away chicken balti but it's a jar off balti sauce but I'm going to hunt out the syns now and syn it and bulk it out with peppers and onion & mushrooms and get off my bum and make a chicken & sweetcorn soup to pick at this week !!!
I'm off all week due to the wedding me & my daughter are bridesmaids !!!
My daughter is currently poorly with tonsillitis & ear infection for the 2nd time in 3 weeks :(

Wow that sounds like a lot when you write it down lol !!!
Anyway going to look back through previous posts and will post pics off my scrummy meals that I planned and made last week !!!
