thanks everyone, went a little mad yesterday, but daughter was home. Breakfast a slimfast snack, went straight to gym, must remember to have a banana or something before I go next time as found it hard going. Went shopping, cleaned house and then went to pick daughter up from train station.
Lunch a proper sunday dinner, not too much meat, a small dollop of potatoe and loads of veg. Glass of wine with dinner.
Daughter bought me some almond chocolates so could not resist, shared them out, dont know how many I had, did not count.
Tea I had three very small sticky ribs and half a chicken sandwich. Made coronation chicken with extra light mayonnaise, a dollop of mango chutney and cooked chicken. I had too many vodka and diet cokes to mentioned. So back on treadmill today literally, going to take my car in due to a recall and then going shopping for a new dress for a wedding on saturday, going to gym afterwards, so a busy day ahead.
