back again

You are certainly doing great Joy, and thankfully the small blip didnt have a lasting effect on the scales.

Come on now girl, be good this weekend and I am sure you will soon lose those few pesky lbs.
 
i will try I promise, the good news is could not resist jumping on the scales again as totm finished and I have lost another pound, will weigh myself on saturday and take that as my official weight.

Forgot to post what I have been eating since Monday, but for breakfast I have been having either porridge or a slimfast shake
a shake at dinner and 3 snacks with meat or fish and veg .
Today had a slimfast bar for breakfast
Lunch the same
been in meetings nearly all day so no time to snack, did not even have a biscuit.
just got home so had a slimfast snack and will have a couple of boiled eggs and a couple of oatcakes with an apple, followed by some fruit and natural yoghurt. Thats what I have planned anyway. no work tommorow so will go to gym if not snowed in.
 
yesterday went straight to gym and then shopping so missed breakfast. Had a shake when I got home and then had seafood mix and a sugar free jelly for lunch followed by a slimfast snack and an apple. For Tea we had sausage casserole with sausages and veg, just had one sausage and lots of veg. sugar free jelly for after and later on had a slimfast chocolate bar. Not drinking much water, but had loads of black decaff coffee. one diet coke

Friday breakfast porridge
Lunch shake, slimfast snack, one apple.
Tea be good to yourself lasagne with lettuce, tomatoes and spring onion. sugar free jelly. lots of black decaff coffee and a cup of tea with milk, two diet cokes.

Lunch out and I had chicken salad
Tea extra light philly with crakers, slimfast cheddars an apple and pickled onions. Fruit and yoghurt for afterwards.
Daughter home for dinner tomorrow so will try to be good. 4 pounds to go to get to my target weight of 9:10.

thanks everyone, went a little mad yesterday, but daughter was home. Breakfast a slimfast snack, went straight to gym, must remember to have a banana or something before I go next time as found it hard going. Went shopping, cleaned house and then went to pick daughter up from train station.
Lunch a proper sunday dinner, not too much meat, a small dollop of potatoe and loads of veg. Glass of wine with dinner.
Daughter bought me some almond chocolates so could not resist, shared them out, dont know how many I had, did not count.
Tea I had three very small sticky ribs and half a chicken sandwich. Made coronation chicken with extra light mayonnaise, a dollop of mango chutney and cooked chicken. I had too many vodka and diet cokes to mentioned. So back on treadmill today literally, going to take my car in due to a recall and then going shopping for a new dress for a wedding on saturday, going to gym afterwards, so a busy day ahead.
 
Overall I don't think that sounds TOOOO bad Joy .... and if you're straight back on top of it today I doubt you'll do too much, if any, damage.

Today I had a shake for breakfast
Two Oatcakes with extra light philly and some prawns.
Tea made sweet potatoe and turnip mash and had that with extra lean mince. plenty of water today, as felt thirsty from yesterday. Bought some gla linoleic acid its supposed to help you get rid of fat and build muscle, well we will see.
 
Be interesting to see how that works for you! Make sure you post some photos of you in that dress! I'm wearing purple for my sister's wedding in 2 weeks ... nowhere near a size 10 though Lol xx
 
never posted photo's or done a ticker as I am a techno phobe, just dont know how to do it I'm afraid. :cry:

no not at the minute Jan, hopefully when my daughter comes home she can show me.
Breakfast shake
Lunch had porridge in a sachet made with water 95 cals. also had a banana and a slimfast snack later.
Tea omelette followed by strawberries and 0% greek yoghurt.

Saturday Grandson stayed overnight up at 5 am had toasted teacake at 6am
then had a beef steak pasty at 9am

Went to a wedding had copious amounts of alcohol, danced the night away.
Weighed sunday morning stayed the same
Porridge for breakfast
Pork and veg for lunch followed by sugar free jelly.
