back again

yes I know, was lucky eh. Checked today in case it was delayed if you know what I mean. I got a load of compliments about how I looked, and someone who I had not seen for a couple of years thought hubby had a new woman who was ten years younger. I was beaming all night. Been good today
Snack bar breakfast
Lunch three oatcakes with extra light philly five dried apricots.
Tea medum bowl of chilli no rice. Sugar free Jelly.
 
Doesn't that make you feel great ... well deserved too! Spurs you on to keep at it as well. xx
 
yes it really is a boost. I have had a busy day today so not eaten well. breakfast bitesize shredded wheat.
Lunch missed it ate a funsize marathon, funsize malterers and three jaffa cakes back at the office

Tea finished off the chilli, and had strawberries and blueberries.
 
had a really bad day, feel really stressed and unsupported at work. crying and depressed. Eaten lots of sweet stuff, cannot stop crying, basically diet gone to pot today.
 
Oh Joy I'm sooo sorry. It's awful when you feel like that :( Don't be too hard on yourself you'll only add to the stress ***hugs*** xx

thanks everyone feel better today, but not moniotored what I eat been on training today with lunch provided, will get back on track tomorrow hopefully. Still got 12 weeks to go and only want to lose about 4 pounds so plenty of time, as long as I am careful not to put weight back on, but I think I am keeping it off at the minute due to stress.
 
Hi everyone I have not been very good, reaaly stressed at work, but hopefully will get back on diet tommorow, think I have put a few pounds back on but getting back on track.
 
thanks everyone for your support. I have really been through the mill, so to speak. Cannot say too much but literally was dealing with a potential life and death situation. Anyway my diet went totally to pot, I have drunk like a fish and ate for britian, however got on scales and I have not put on any weight, still totm for me so it's likely I could have lost some, but will know towards the end of this week. I am really surprised but honestly think it was due to the extreme stress I was under. Not totally back on track but trying to be more careful, I am out three nights this week due to the fact that I have a hen night, a friends night and a retirement so will get back on track properly on Monday. Thanks again for your support it meant a lot.

well I have lost another pound, despite everything, I now weigh 9:13 so only 3 pounds off my target of 9:10.
Nine weeks to go for my hols. i am happy at 10 stone, but if I have a few pounds to play with on holiday all the better. xx
 
Thats what I like to do to Joy, because its inevitable to have a gain on holiday. I always tend to bloat up a little on holiday too.

Well done on the loss.

thanks Jan, not really on track yet, but doing ok. will go for it after Easter. Only 3 pesky pounds to shift.

well not eating or drinking very healthy.
Probably put a little back on will get weighed after easter, and hopefully get back on track. If not thinking of doing the celebrity slim diet for a week or two to get back in the zone.
 
Oh dear Joy :eek: .... I bet it won't be as bad as you're thinking though. x
