Yeah, I can't stop when I'm full either.
If it's sitting there, I'll eat it.
Even if it's something healthy, like the grapes yesterday.
So I really like pp because once I've run out of the portioned food on my plate, that's it, unless I want to spend more points.
But you should give it a go shez, even if it is just once a week.
You'll feel less likely to binge hopefully as you'll be allowed to eat more food in your meals.
I hope you find a plan that suits you soon though.
I do think f&h could work for you, as you make good food choices, but then don't know the points for it all, and I don't want you to end up blowing your points budget.
Whereas f&h days don't have that problem. And if you wanted a treat like chocolate and crisps, you use your weeklies to point it.
Might give it a go myself once I'm at goal.
Sounds pretty easy tbh (other than portion control, so I'd probably measure to a decent point weight).

Mornin hun. so u r thinking of cuming ova to the vintage with me r u? A quick low down for u then. I think u would b on 22 points like me. Most things have a point even fruit. Most veg and salad things r free and u get half points aswel. U calculate points using calories and sat fat. U Mite not think that 22 is alot but the points in food r lower than pp. So for example a ww shep pie is 4 and half on vintage nt sure on pp tho. U can eat as little as 18 points a day and save them up for a treat at the wkend or just a bigger meal the next day. Half a pint of skimmed milk is 1 point but as the girls told me to use my activity points to cover my milk so i can eat my 22 and i find this way much better. Let me no if u nd anything else. Oh in 1 of the discover threads they have a old point calculater so if u wanted to try it 2day then u can.x

im just interested in looking into something different as i seem to be gettin bored with losing a 1lb here n there which is why i keep fallin off the wagon... i just feel like im really good with understanding pps now tho!!!

my day has been good thanks but like u i havent stopped! these days are flyin by!!
work 8-5, come to moms, had a showa n now off to my aunties so just a flying visit from me!
today i had an asda microwaveable pouch - spicy chicken and chorizo pasta! was tasty but think it may have been around 12-14 points! n a ww yoghurt!
then a mini yorkie biscuit given to me in our staff meetings!
tonight will probably be beans on toast as dont get back til afta 9!
