The actual Meringue is fat free as its only egg whites and sugar, it's the filling which makes it calorific lol x

burnt 300 calories at the gym, and havin a salad again for tea!!
i love salads tho especially when its warm, so salad is free, iceland hot and spicy chicken breast in breadcrumbs (6) iceland potato crunchies (6) and a spoon of coleslaw (2)


snacks: pear, celery stick

Ooh yeh that does luk bit dif. I Had spag bol hun it was lovely. Im watchin corrie. Is tina not the biological mum. was it izzys egg and tina just carried it if thats the case how can she keep it when its not hers.x

ohh yum yum one of my fave meals!
yeah tina decided to carry the baby for izzy but then towards the end of the pregnancy the ginger dad decided to take a pass at tina!
