its too far to walk really and would still have to walk 20 mins to the bus stop, toms coming back at break time to jump it so should be ok

Can you not make a request to see a female doctor?
I know it's not an issue that requires a female doctor, but you could always ask as it would give you the opportunity to see someone different.

I rely on my car so much, that I hate when it won't start.
