well done to all of you who are back on track and to those who like me have no self control I say this (mainly to myself haha since I probably I am the worst!):whoopass:
After 3 weeks of being good and learning how to be really good, I went to sainsbury's yesterday evening and decided I'd practice my self control, so I bought a bag of monkey nuts. Stuck the whole thing in the oven for roasting (bad move number 1) and said: yeah, I will have a handful a day (bad move number 2). Roasted the whole thing, pulled it out of the oven, grabbed a plate, filled it and started munching while watching Lie to Me season 2.... BAD MOVE!!!!
I almost munched my way through the whole of the 250 grams. I probably had a good 200 grams.

I feel meh this morning, have a headache from the darkest depths of hell and I know I probably went way over my daily carb allowance. So... May I please join?
I'm terrible with nuts too. I tend to go for brazil nuts so if i over indulge i don't feel too guilty. Mine are 3.2g for 100g. Self control is something my brain doesn't understand when it comes to nuts.
Exactly!!! they are so tasty, you cant just have a handful. Or even worse!!! when people can count 10 nuts and they eat those 10 and stick to that!!!!
blah! I guess I will have to stop buying nuts of any kind...
dry roasted are my fav and only bought at the weekend haha
Day One done and went a bit over my carbs - I think by 5c due to having a larger portion of veg than I was supposed to,
Feeling very tired already, but know this will pass. Also must up my water only had 4 pints yesterday.
Plan for today -
BF - 2 eggs (0c)
Lunch - Sausages x 2 ( 3c) and salad - (3c) mayo (1c)
Snack - Cheese - (1c)
Dinner - Chicken (0c) Pesto (2c) Bacon (0) Mozzerella (1c) brocilli and cauliflower (5c) (maybbe with cheesey cream sauce! 2c) mayo (1c)
Total 17 -19c
Must have at least 6 pints of water!
