Hey :) I'm soo sorry I didn't get chance to come on yesterday and wish my lovely Friday weigh in ladies GOOD LUCK! Had such a manic day!! But here it is GOOD LUCK!! I have lost another 1lb this week eeeeeek... very happy! It's my last day at school for 6 weeks now (sorry I'm not rubbing it in honest lol) so I'm a bit giddy! I have already got loads of presents of my kiddies - LOADS of chocolates and wine :rolleyes: I have decided to have the full weekend off from pointing and really treat myself. Think I've done well over the past 7 weeks and I've not gained yet so, to hell with it :D if I gain next week then never mind!! Hope everyone has a lovely day. I will be on later to check how you did xx
 
wooohooo thats ace!! well done you :D hope your last day is a nice one, i know it can be emotional! im sure the wine and chocs will help to cushion the blow though ;) have a fab weekend...id say you more than deserve to spoil yourself! yay to 6 weeks off!!! enjoy :D

Thank you my lovely ladies!! Had a really nice last day yesterday, had a lovely day with the kids.. going to miss them! But they're only moving next door lol! Ready for a rest now :) Woke up with a shocking migraine this morning, couldn't even get out of bed. Feeling better now and just going to chill :) Just popped to Morrisons and really fancied some pasta salad from their salad bar and a chicken leg yum, so going to munch that then spend the day with my feet up reading cosmo and watch some tv, bliss!! I'm not pointing this weekend but still feel like I'm making good ish choices, because I actually want to!! Hope everyone has a fab weekend xxx

I ate loads yesterday!! Went round to a friends and had crisps, onion bahjis, samosas and dips then when me and my oh got home we ordered a takeaway and I had cheesy chips... eeek! Was nice though :) I'm back on it today!! Hope everyone has a lovely day.xx

Morning!! Hope everyone is good today? I'm loving being off from school, so nice to chill and not worry about anything for once :)... however I was a bad bad girl last night and I'm really annoyed at myself :rolleyes: Ended up eating half a box, yes half a box of milk tray :mad: and a couple of glasses of wine, not good! I don't usually sneak peek on the scales but I did this morning and it does NOT look good. I know I've got totm and a bit bloated etc, but I have been a total pig this weekend so will see how wi goes on Friday. Going to be a 100% for the next 4 days and hopefully may get a sts, if not though no worries.. it's my own fault :rolleyes:!! I'm going out for lunch on Wednesday to a little cafe and there are lots of healthy options so hopefully I will be ok and then nando's on Thursday.. I love nando's and I know I can eat loads there for so little points :) Have a lovely day everyone xx

I am also going to do my aerobics video everyday for the next 4 days!! I'm going to be quite busy anyway so will also be doing plenty of walking. My fitness levels aren't great at the moment, so will just do as much aerobics as I can at the moment and then build myself up, really want to spend the next 6 weeks getting much fitter!!
