I am also going to do my aerobics video everyday for the next 4 days!! I'm going to be quite busy anyway so will also be doing plenty of walking. My fitness levels aren't great at the moment, so will just do as much aerobics as I can at the moment and then build myself up, really want to spend the next 6 weeks getting much fitter!!
