Well I'm just absolutely shattered today!! Had parents evening tonight and didn't get in till 7. Same again tomorrow night! I feel absolutely starving this week, more than usual. Maybe it's because I'm rushing around all the time. Sticking to it but to be honest I'm feeling fed up, I really hate being hungry!!! Especially when I'm busy.

Hey lovelies

Sorry I've been a bit awol, I was so busy yesterday and also my internet is going sooo slllooowww. Really annoying, going to try and get it sorted. Any hoo I lost 1lb this week yay..... I'm officially in the 12's :D I'm soo happy. Not been there for about 4 years so chuffed. This week has been very hard, I've been busy and hungry a lot. On Thursday all my work mates ordered meat and potatoe pie from the school dinner menu (just changed dinners supplier and they are AMAZING) kids are very lucky) We get double helpings if we order anything. However I just couldn't have it, especially day before weigh in and I felt so deprived. Everyone was asking me why I wasn't ordering it and that I didn't need to diet and bla bla, got really annoyed, my bmi defnitely days I need to lose weight!!! Anyhoo never mind.

Having a nice day, I love Saturday's :) Popped to town and bought a couple of Christmas Presents and treated myself to a little cream lacy dress from h&m.. I love this shop!! And some purple heels, all for £27 bargain :) I'm off out for tea and drinks tonight with some friends, going for an Italian I think. So going to get dressed up and enjoy myself. I've decided I'm going to start weighing myself on a Saturday morning instead for a while. I have a lot of events on a Saturday night for the next few weeks so I will have that as treat night instead, otherwise I end up being naughty Friday night and Saturday night. So going to stick to that for a bit, think that worked better for me before. Hope everyone is good and has a nice weekend xxxxx

Thanks ladies :D Lol Nic I did have a few cheeky drinks, and a range of drinks, no hangover though yay. Was a lovely night, had chicken and mushroom pasta baked in white wine sauce yummm, and side salad. Back on it today!

I think the tomato ryv minis r nicer! U tried them but i know wot u mean about strong flavour x over powering x ;-(

I'm not having a good day, got the mid week grumps!! I am absolutely full of cold, only had one a few weeks ago, feel rubbish! Got soo much work to do, 11 hour day today and tomorrow. I'm so hungry again this week and to be honest I'm getting fed up of obsessing about food constantly, didn't realise how much I was doing it and know I've got to do it to an extent, but it's really getting me down especially when I've got so much to do at school at the mo and so much on my mind with it. I get upset when I slip up and get upset when I'm depriving myself. And I'm fed up of points. ahhhh. Hope everyone else is having a better day than me xxxxx

I think your fed up ness of obsessing about food is definitely doing the rounds, I haven't even had tea yet and I'm already looking forward to my breakfast tomorrow. Food is literally all I think about I'm sick of thinking what to have and what I won't be able to have if I eat certain things it's completely doing my head in too.

Ohh no bless ya hun!! You've taken the words right out of my mouth. It is just soo annoying thinking about food all the time isn't it. Wish I could just eat normally when I was hungry and feel like I'm not depriving myself. We are doing so well and will get where we want in the end :) I think it's paticuarly hard at this time of year with the Christmas goodies coming out left, right and centre. It's treats galore at work at the mo. Hope you're ok hun :) xxxx
