Back to finish what I started!!!!!!

Just catching up on a few diaries as I've been feeling a little deflated if I'm honest! I have been STS for a few days now and it's getting me down. It's not the daily weighing as such just the fact I've been good. It's whenever I get near this same stone bracket....really want to be in the 12th. So i have decided to have a food week from today to see if that helps me bring on the 'whoosh' everyone talks about X Will weigh in when I get up xx
hey bride I had around a week of STS and only lost 1lb in that week altogether. Stuck with it though and lost 5lbs the following week in total. Think I'm going to have a food week next week though as will have been on ts for a whole month. Scared though incase I put it all back on!! Xx

Historically..... No!! But that was last time around. This time I have planned the meals and done the shopping today to ensure I use up the food. Plus, decided to start it tomorrow instead of mid week.

Guess what....STS again x

I am too but hoping any gain will be temporary and will kick start the losses again x
 
I'm on a STS again for past few days bride. Shall have to get organised ready for food week. Planning is definitely the key! X

Day 1 - Food week

Not had a food week since the first time I started exante in 2012! And I never planned so went completely off the rails!

Breakfast - Porridge (apple & cinnamon)
Lunch - Shepherds Pie
Dinner - 2 egg mushroom omelette
3 litres of water

Not having a 3rd pack unless I get hungry but keeping the shake on standby.

Hi slim. I hadn't had mushrooms for years and tried them again last year. Quite like them now....strange how your taste buds change over the years. I used to hate chicken and lamb....now they are my favourites.....yummy!!!!!

Day 2/7 Food week
Start weight - 13st 3.5lbs
Todays weight - 13st 3.2lbs
Loss since yesterday - 0.3lbs

Decided to weigh on each day of food week to see what might trigger my weight losses or gains. Expecting a gain overall but you never know ;-)
0.3 lbs down today. Happy with that :-D

Same plan as yesterday but changing the lunch meal to spag bol x
 
Sounds like your doing great bride however big or small the losses is in the right direction and that's all that matters.

Lol Bride, in my profession its unusual not to talk about such matters. Some of my ladies greet me on the doorstep saying " I've been " ha ha, so I hope that you have been too.

Loss since yesterday - +0.1lbs

Tiny gain this morning but very happy with that :-D :-D :-D

Good day food wise yesterday. Put some peppers in the omlette...lovely x

Today's plan:

Breakfast - strawberry shake
Lunch - Vegetable Soup
In between - split a bar during day
Dinner - chicken and veg

Need to up the water intake today.
