Hi all!! I've been on/off for months now and really need some inspiration to get through the next few months.
I have weighed in today at 13st 1.5lbs so a gain from last weigh in from January!!
First mini goal get back into 12's for next weigh in on Tuesday 17th Feb.
Should be okay but losses have been slow as been having a few rubbish days and then a few good days. Really need to stick with it as I am booked to go away in October so want to lose 3st 1.5lbs in the next 4.5 months so I can buy some clothes over summer.
Doable.....YES!!!
