Just worked out I'm 1 lb away from my half century badge!

And update, did just over 19 milesDown 0.4kg to 75.5. Off for a bike ride now, day off
Had brown basmati salad and tofu and small slice of watermelon for snack later. Totally scrummy carbs definitely set your hunger off though I've noticed.
